Which quests to do in the starter location from level 1 to 21, what each of them rewards, and where the first-profession quests are taken at level 19.
If we play on more or less high-rate servers, these quests are not worth bothering with (unless it is your first character on the server and there is nobody to help you along), but on low rates you will have to take the trouble and work right from the starter location.
The main thing all classes have to do is pass the newbie quest for the teleport tokens, get the beginner no-grade shots and the scroll of teleport to Giran, level quickly to 19 and start the first-profession quest.
The first thing we do on appearing in the starter location (it cannot even be called a quest) is go up to the newbie helper; he suggests swinging the little knife a bit, so we go and beat gremlins until a Blue Gemstone drops (it usually falls from the second gremlin), pick it up and go to boast to the helper. He gives out 200 no-grade soulshots for beginners and sends you to the NPC standing nearby; we click on that one and choose the first line, and the NPC gives a few more shots and sends you to the village, to the newbie helper there.
The newbie helper in the village gives more soulshots and 12 newbie tokens, with which we can teleport between the starter villages. The teleport with them is from the same newbie helper (the last line). Bear in mind that at level 20 they can no longer be used. So the problem of teleporting between the starter locations is already solved.
By the way, remember this NPC: starting from level 8 we will get buffed by him; at level eight he gives only Wind Walk, then more, and by level 15 there will be Vampiric Rage and the Life Cubic. On some servers the buff is given only to the first character of the account, on others everybody can get buffed. Only bear in mind that at level 20 there will be no Haste, no Empower and no cubic any more, so finish all your business here before level 20. Not all characters get buffed by the NPC but only the first one of the account, and not the first one created but the first one that appeared in the game and reached a certain level, either 3 or 5, I no longer remember exactly.

- Level 21. Quest Blood Fiend: the reward is adena.
In general the quests of the light elves pay the most, and you end up with at least twice as much adena as the other races. There are also quests from level 15 on, but I usually left for other places after the twelfth, so maybe I will add more quests later. And I did.
Now about the quests that are done in other starter villages or towns but which elves can do too.
- Level 15. Quest Dwarven Kinship: the reward is 22000 adena.
- Level 15. Quest Grim Collector: the reward is adena.
After that decide for yourself, by circumstances, how and where to level; at level 19, depending on who you want to become, we scatter to the NPCs who give the first-profession quests:
- First-profession quest for the Plains Walker and the Silver Ranger: Path to an Elven Scout.
- First-profession quest for the Temple Knight and the Swordsinger: Path to an Elven Knight.
- First-profession quest for the Elemental Summoner and the Spellsinger: Path to an Elven Wizard.
- First-profession quest for the Elven Elder: Path to an Elven Oracle.
