Vitality: levels, experience bonus and how the points come back

Vitality multiplies the experience from ordinary monsters and is spent while you hunt. This page gives the bonus of each level, the size of the levels in points, what burns vitality and how long a full bar takes to return.

The four levels

The bonus applies to the base experience of a monster. The bar holds 20,000 points: 240 up to level 1, another 1,560 up to level 2, 12,800 up to level 3, 3,600 up to level 4 and 1,800 above it.

What spends vitality

Every ordinary monster you kill takes points, and the amount grows with the experience it gives: the base experience is divided by the square of the monster's level, multiplied by 100 and divided by 9. A level 70 monster with single health costs about 29 points, one with five times the health about 75. Raid bosses do not spend vitality, they restore it.

How the points come back

The first levels return fast and the third one slowly: one hour for level 1, six and a half more for level 2, over fifty for level 3. Short daily sessions therefore keep a character near the top of the bar.
