Clan hall: auction, upkeep, decorations and contested halls

A clan hall is the home of a clan: free recovery, a warehouse, teleports and functions bought for adena. This page explains who may bid, how the auction works, what the weekly fee is for and which halls are won by fighting instead of money.

Halls that are bought

Only the leader of a clan of level 2 or higher that owns no hall may bid: see Clans and alliances: creation, levels and structure. Halls stand in Dion (C grade), in Gludio, Gludin and Schuttgart (B grade) and in Giran, Aden, Goddard and Rune (A grade); the grade decides which functions and crafted items a hall offers.

Upkeep

The hall costs a weekly fee, taken from the clan warehouse. If the adena is not there, the leader is warned and given one more week; after that the hall is taken away and put up for auction. Inside, HP and MP recover for free, there is a warehouse, and teleports to the gate and the square of the town cost nothing.

Decorations and functions

Selling a hall

The leader may put the hall up for auction for one, three or seven days and leaves a deposit for it. Cancelling the auction loses the deposit and blocks a new one for seven days. If nobody bids, the hall stays with the owner, but the deposit is not returned. A hall without an owner or without upkeep goes to a seven-day auction by itself.

Contested halls

Six halls are never sold. They are won in a siege or in a special contest and offer the same functions as the bought ones: Fortress of Resistance, Bandit Stronghold, Devastated Castle, Wild Beast Reserve, Fortress of the Dead and Rainbow Springs Chateau.
