Tarantula's Spider Silk
Tarantula's Spider Silk is a repeatable, solo quest in Lineage 2 BoHPTS for characters of level 15–21. It starts with Mion in Dwarven Village.
The Silver Scale Guild has received a special order for 20 spider silk outfits from the King of Elmore. They are for the emissaries to Aden and must be of the highest quality. Mion, a tailor at the guild, is frantic. He's short of both time and materials!
Tarantula's Spider Silk walkthrough
The quest Tarantula's Spider Silk, for adena. Start level: 15. Start location: the dwarven village. Start NPC: Trader Mion (Mion). Requirement: the ring 
Ring of Raccoon or the ring 
Ring of Firefly. Repeatable. No race restrictions, any race can do it. Reward: adena.
Dwarven Village. Take the quest from Grocer Mion.
It is given at the fifteenth level by Trader Mion in the shop.
Western Mining Zone (teleport from Dwarven Village). Hunt Hunter Tarantula (lv. 16), Plunder Tarantula (lv. 17) until you have:
Tarantula Spider Silk, 
Tarantula Spinnerette.We set off for the Western Mining Zone (still the same location as in the previous quests, only a bit farther and more to the right on the map) and hunt the little spiders Hunter Tarantula and Plunder Tarantula (levels 16 and 17). Tarantula Spider Silk and Tarantula Spinnerette will drop from the mobs.
Dwarven Village. Talk to Defender Nathan. Hand over:
Tarantula Spinnerette. You receive: Tarantula Spider Silk ×20.The first item goes straight to the hand-in of the quest, and the second we exchange with Defender Nathan for 20 pieces of Tarantula Spider Silk per item. Nathan stands at the exit from the dwarven village next to the water tower.
Return to Grocer Mion to complete the quest. Hand over:
Tarantula Spider Silk.When you get tired of beating the mobs, we return to Mion, hand the spider silk in and get the adena. And as is usual in all these starting quests for adena, there are rules for handing the items in optimally, to get the maximum amount of adena. Only 30 adena is given for one spider silk, but for handing in 10 or more items we get a bonus of 2000 adena. You might think that the most profitable thing is to run and hand in 10 items at a time and get the bonus every time, but here it is not as relevant as in the previous quests, because the mobs are very far away, and running there and back soon becomes a bore, so decide for yourselves how to do this quest. I can only advise handing in the spider silk itself first, confirming that you want to continue, and only then going to exchange the Tarantula Spinnerette for silk, to hand that in at once too.
Tips
- This quest can hinder the quest for the first profession of the spoiler, because there too items have to be knocked out of the spiders, and if you are going to do the profession quest, this quest must be handed in and not taken again. Only do not forget to check whether any Tarantula Spinnerette items are left in your quest inventory before giving the quest up, or they will all be deleted.

Material for Formal Wear
The king of Elmore has requested the best spider silk formal wear to be made for the emissaries that are being dispatched to Aden. Trader Mion, a tailor from the Silver Scale Guild, doesn't have enough material and asks you to collect tarantula spider silk. Kill the hunter tarantulas and plunder tarantulas and bring back their silk for a reward. Spider silk may also be acquired by taking tarantula spinnerettes to Defender Nathan.
