Invention Ambition walkthrough

The quest Invention Ambition, for adena. Start level: 18. Start location: the dwarven village. Start NPC: Inventor Maru (Inventor Maru). No requirements. Repeatable. No race restrictions, any race can do it. Reward: adena.

1. Dwarven Village. Take the quest from Inventor Maru.

   I am very often asked why there is no description of this quest on the site, and where in our dwarven village this little girl, the NPC Maru, is. The problem is that this quest was introduced only on the Gracia chronicles, and the poor players on Interlude feverishly try to take into the target an NPC that does not exist on those chronicles.

   

2. Eastern Mining Zone. Hunt Red Eye Barbed Bat (lv. 18), Northern Trimden (lv. 19), Kerope Werewolf (lv. 20), Kerope Werewolf Chief (lv. 23), Northern Goblin (lv. 21), Northern Goblin Leader (lv. 24), Spine Golem (lv. 22), Enchanted Spine Golem (lv. 25) until you have: Energy Ore.

   Maru sends us to the northern territories to hunt the mobs Red Eye Barbed Bat, Northern Trimden, Kerope Werewolf, Kerope Werewolf Chief, Northern Goblin, Northern Goblin Leader, Spine Golem and Enchanted Spine Golem. The quest items Energy Ore will drop from the mobs; their number is unlimited, collect as many as you like.

   

   

3. Dwarven Village. Return to Inventor Maru to complete the quest. Hand over: Energy Ore.

   When you get tired of beating the mobs, we go to hand the quest in; the items are exchanged at the rate of 50 adena for 1 item. Whether there are bonuses at the hand-in I do not know, because I did not collect the items: somehow it was awkward to chase small mobs on the High Five chronicles. I always thought, when I levelled in these places: such vast territories, so many mobs, and not a single quest with them. It turns out that it dawned on the developers too, but only in the Gracia chronicles. Alas, on Interlude all we can do on these mobs is level, and spoil, of course.

1. Collect Energy Ore

   Inventor Maru asks you to collect Energy Ore, which she needs as ingredients for her energy conversion device experiment. Energy Ore can be easily obtained from almost all the monsters in the Eastern Mining Zone.
