Whisper of Dreams - Part 1

Whisper of Dreams - Part 1 is a repeatable, party quest in Lineage 2 BoHPTS for characters of level 56–66. It starts with Manakia in Town of Giran.

A dark chaos is about to descend upon the world! Seer Manakia received a warning in a dream, and is planning a ceremony to try and better understand the coming darkness.

Whisper of Dreams - Part 1 walkthrough

The quest Whisper of Dreams, for the key materials and the 60% recipes of the full A-grade robes, consists of two parts and is done in Antharas' Lair: the first part gives key materials for the craft of A robes and the item that opens the second part, and the second part (Whisper of Dreams - Part 2) gives the 60% recipes. The first part is taken from level 56 from Manakia, who stands in the orc guild in Giran, the second from level 60.

Town of Giran. Find Seer Manakia in the Orc Guild and take the quest.
Antharas' Lair (teleport from Town of Giran). Hunt Death Wave (lv. 62) until you have: Death Wave Light ×65.
In the first part we are sent to kill mobs at the very entrance to Antharas' Lair: Death Wave (the little balls that cast paralysis) and Cave Beast (green apes with long arms), from which the quest items Death Wave Light and Cave Beast Tooth drop. In all you have to farm 65 items of each kind.
Hunt Cave Beast (lv. 61) until you have: Cave Beast Tooth ×65.
Town of Giran. Return to Seer Manakia in the Orc Guild. Hand over: Cave Beast Tooth ×65, Death Wave Light ×65.
After we knock out 65 items of each, we return to Manakia and hand the quest in; as a reward we choose from a list the key materials needed for the craft of robes. But the key materials are not that important for us, we can spoil them too, and much faster; it matters far more that the quest item for the move to the second part drops from the same mobs. It is called Sealed Mysterious Stone. As soon as we knock this item out (and it drops just as poorly as the book for the second part of the quest in Giants Cave), we can drop the first part at once and carry the mysterious stone to the orc Manakia in Giran.
Dragon Valley (teleport from Town of Giran). Talk to Torai to complete the quest. Hand over: Sealed Mysterious Stone. You receive: Mysterious Stone.
We choose the second line in the dialogue with him, the one saying that we have found some unusual thing and want to show it to the orc. He asks us to run to the gnome Torai and show the stone to him. Torai stands in Death Pass: you can teleport to Dragon Valley, run to the left and turn left once more towards Breka's Stronghold, or teleport to Breka's Stronghold and run towards Dragon Valley (the first way is shorter). Torai unseals the stone and sends you back to Manakia. Hurray, the second part of the quest can be taken (if you have already levelled to 60).

Tips

Here is what I noticed: on some builds people often complained that the mysterious stone would not drop at all. I asked around, and it turned out that the item was being farmed in a party while only the one who hits the mobs had the quest. I tried the same: indeed, the stone does not drop. Then I took the quest with all the characters who were in the party with me and began dragging them along the first room. The stone dropped for everybody, and from the first or second mob. Apparently on such a build the drop of quest items is counted for the whole group, whether a character has the quest or not. So: the quest for everybody in the party, and drag everybody along until the stone drops for all. Everything depends on the build and on the admins of your server, so find out at once how the quest works on yours.

Seer Manakia wants to perform a ritual to better predict the future. He asks you to obtain the items he needs. He needs 65 molars of cave beasts and 65 flames of death wave.
