Sacrifice to the Sea walkthrough

The quest Sacrifice to the Sea, for Mystic's Earring and 100 EXP. Start level: 2. Start location: the human village. Start NPC: Lighthouse Keeper Rockswell (Rockswell). No requirements. Not repeatable. No race restrictions, any race can do it. In the C1 chronicles the earring is not given, only 400 adena and 1100 EXP.

1. Talking Island. Take the quest from Lighthouse Keeper Rockswell.

   The quest is taken from the second level from Lighthouse Keeper Rockswell, who stands next to the human village: you have to go through the north-eastern exit (north is up, east is right, so we go up and to the right).

   

   

2. Hunt Bearded Keltir (lv. 1), Young Keltir (lv. 1), Elder Keltir (lv. 3) until you have: Fox Fur ×10. Where: Talking Island, Cedric's Training Hall.

   Rockswell sends us quite close by: right here, at the lighthouse, keltirs of level 1-3 frolic, Bearded Keltir, Young Keltir and Elder Keltir. 10 items Fox Fur have to be farmed from them. They drop merrily, so we farm them quickly.

   

   

3. Talk to Cristel. Hand over: Fox Fur ×10. You receive: Fox Fur Yarn.

   And we carry them to the NPC Cristel, who stands before the warehouse in the village.

   

   

4. Talk to Warehouse Keeper Rolfe. Hand over: Fox Fur Yarn. You receive: Maiden Doll.

   After her we go into the warehouse itself and turn to the NPC Rolfe.

   

   

5. Return to Lighthouse Keeper Rockswell to complete the quest. Hand over: Maiden Doll. You receive: Mystic's Earring.

   That is all, the quest is almost finished; we return to the start NPC at the lighthouse. We get the earring and 100 exp (are they mocking us, or what?). The earring is nothing much, but it can be upgraded, even to top no-grade, if you do not grudge the adena.

1. Ritual for Shilen

   In order to calm the violent storms that have battered the island, Lighthouse Keeper Rockswell is planning a ritual sacrifice to the goddess Shilen. The original ritual calls for a live maiden, but he decides to offer a doll instead. To make the hair of the doll, he needs fox fur. Hunt keltirs around the village and take 10 units of fox fur to Cristel in the village.

   Go to: Talking Island, Eastern Territory

2. Doll's Hair

   You have obtained 10 units of fox fur. Take them to Cristel.

   Go to: Cristel

3. Completed Doll

   The fox fur yarn for the doll's hair has been spun. Take it to Warehouse Keeper Rolfe.

   Go to: Warehouse Keeper Rolfe

4. Offerings for a Ritual

   Warehouse Keeper Rolfe has made the doll and attached its hair. Take the finished doll to Lighthouse Keeper Rockswell.
