Forgotten Truth

Forgotten Truth walkthrough

The quest Forgotten Truth, for the no-grade dagger Eldritch Dagger, 500 no-grade spiritshots, 3000 no-grade spiritshots for beginners (only for mages), 100 small healing potions and 50 music crystals. Start level: 10. Start location: the village of the dark elves. Start NPC: Tetrarch Thifiell (Thifiell). No requirements. Not repeatable. Only for dark elves.

1. Dark Elf Village. Find Tetrarch Thifiell in the temple and take the quest.

The quest for a lot of things is available from level 10 and is taken from Tetrarch Thifiell, who stands in the temple of the village of the dark elves. I did this quest only with mages, because they are always short of shots; I suspect warriors are given no-grade soulshots instead of spiritshots.

2. The Shilen Temple. Talk to Abyssal Celebrant Kartia.

First Thifiell sends us to the building where we started in the game, where the gremlins are. There is no need to go down; near one of the entrances look for the NPC Abyssal Celebrant Kartia.

3. Altar of Rites. Hunt Tumran Orc Brigand (lv. 11) until you have: Ancient Scroll, Ancient Clay Tablet.

And Kartia says that 2 items have to be knocked out of the quest mobs Tumran Orc Brigand, which live near the Altar of Rites. The way there is long, and so as not to run a hundred times, we at once take also the quest Bones Tell the Future and the quest Spirit of Craftsman. The last quest is given at level 11, as is written everywhere; nothing of the kind, on C4 I was allowed to take all three quests at level 10. Then we run on foot to the Altar of Rites, a very long run, because there is no teleport there and we have no spare adena; otherwise one could teleport to the Spider Nest, the run from there is much shorter. Among the aggressive spiders we look for the quest mobs of level 11. When I ran about there for the second profession, they kept getting under my feet, but as it turned out there are not so many of them. The drop of the quest items is not great: I had to pick apart some 15 orcs before both dropped.

4. The Shilen Temple. Return to Abyssal Celebrant Kartia. Hand over: Ancient Scroll, Ancient Clay Tablet. You receive: Kartia's Translation.

When you have knocked out both items, we run into the School of Dark Arts, farm the items of the other two quests and run to the village again. If you do not want to run, you can use /unstuck and go for 5 minutes to have a bite. I usually run to the quest mobs first, and from the school do the unstuck at once. We return to the NPC Kartia and hand her the items.

5. Dark Elf Village. Return to Tetrarch Thifiell in the temple to complete the quest. Hand over: Kartia's Translation. You receive: Eldritch Dagger.

And we run to the start NPC for the reward. The music we delete at once; the dagger can be upgraded or sold, which is what I did, right there upgrading my own weapon to top no-grade with the adena.
