Seed of Evil

Seed of Evil is a one-time, solo quest in Lineage 2 BoHPTS for characters of level 21–26. It starts with Biotin in Talking Island.

Something wicked is growing within the Elven Ruins! High Priest Biotin was warned of this menace in a dream and is gathering forces to fight the evil.

Seed of Evil walkthrough

The quest Seed of Evil, for a D-grade armor enchant scroll (Scroll: Enchant Armor (D-Grade)). Start level: 21. Start location: the human village. Start NPC: High Priest Biotin (Biotin). No requirements. Not repeatable. No race restrictions, any race can do it.

  1. Talking Island. Find High Priest Biotin in the temple and take the quest.

    The quest is taken from level twenty-one from High Priest Biotin, who is in the temple of Talking Island; he is the chief NPC there.

  2. Anomic Foundry. Kill Nerkas (lv. 22) to get: Clay Tablet.

    Biotin sends you to the dungeon Elven Ruins to knock off the quest mob Nerkas of level 22. A certain difficulty is that on the way to the quest mob there is a heap of aggressive mobs, but I am sure you will cope. At the worst take somebody along in a party, it will be merrier. The quest item Clay Tablet dropped for me from the first mob.

  3. Talking Island. Return to High Priest Biotin in the temple to complete the quest. Hand over: Clay Tablet. You receive: Scroll: Enchant Armor (D-Grade).

    When the item is knocked out, we return to the start NPC for the reward. We hand the quest in and get our D-grade armor scroll. It seems the quest can be done by any race, but I did not check exactly, and there are doubts, because for the other races similar quests for an armor scroll are done only by particular races. And yes, this quest is of course not quite fair: the other races are given a heap of adena for level 21 quests with quest mobs, and here it is just one armor scroll. Not serious.

  1. Evil Power

    High Priest Biotin had a premonition from his dreams that something wicked is growing within the Elven Ruins. He says that the evil seed looks like a gigantic bat-winged demon. He asks you to destroy it.

    You have slain Nerkas, the evil seed, and obtained the clay tablet. Take it to High Priest Biotin at the temple in the village.
