Quest: The Coming Darkness
The Coming Darkness is a one-time, solo quest in Lineage 2 Scryde for characters of level 62+. It starts with Hierarch in Rune Territory.
The Hierarch says that you must pass a trial to be recognized as a member of his group.

One more exp quest done in the location Valley of Saints. Start level: 62. Start NPC: Hierarch (Hierarch). Requirements: the quests Sweet Whispers and Light and Darkness done. Not repeatable. Reward: exp and SP.
Valley of Saints (teleport from Rune Township). Take the quest from Hierarch.
In the location there are five caves in which five absolutely identical NPCs Hierarch live; they are simply duplicated, that is, you can take the quest from one and hand it in to quite another, there is no difference. Where these NPCs are is told in detail in the introductory quest of the location, Sweet Whispers. Next to these NPCs stand altars, and these altars are different, though they are called the same, Evil Altar, and we have to run round all five of them. In the previous quest we desecrated the holy altars; now we have to switch on all the altars of evil in the location. Those who often do third professions for their characters know perfectly well where the tablets of the location are, so for them this quest will be quite easy, as all the caves and altars are next to those tablets. The route round the altars is set at random for every quest taker, so I will simply tell where they all are.
Two altars stand close together at the entrance to the location, only their caves have different entrances, and it is not a fact that in the quest you will have to go round them one after the other; most likely you will visit one of them, then be sent to the other end of the location, and after that to the entrance again; in short, you will have to run about. The third altar is on the left side from the entrance to the location, but also where a tablet is. And the last two are close together too, at the end of the location, where there is a road to the locations Monastery of Silence and Frozen Labyrinth. We also jump down to the tablet and look for the entrances to the caves.
Return to Hierarch to complete the quest.
Having switched on all the altars, right there at the last altar we talk to the NPC Hierarch and get 222k exp as a reward. In the later chronicles SP was added too, but on Interlude only exp. The NPC says that you have now become a member of the elite club Benandanti Cartel, which, however, obliges you to nothing. That is all, now you can frolic in other places.
