Quest: The Coming Darkness
The Coming Darkness es una quest de Lineage 2 Scryde (única, en solitario) para personajes de nivel 62+. Empieza con Hierarch en Rune Territory.
El Hierarch dice que debes superar una prueba para que se te reconozca como miembro de su grupo.

Otra quest de experiencia que se hace en la localización Valley of Saints. Nivel inicial: 62. NPC inicial: Hierarch (Hierarch). Requisitos: las quests Sweet Whispers y Light and Darkness hechas. No se repite. Premio: experiencia y SP.
Valley of Saints (teletransporte desde Rune Township). Acepta la quest con Hierarch.
En la localización hay cinco cuevas en las que viven cinco NPC Hierarch absolutamente iguales; simplemente están duplicados, es decir, se puede coger la quest con uno y entregarla a otro totalmente distinto, no hay ninguna diferencia. Dónde están estos NPC se cuenta con detalle en la quest introductoria de la localización, Sweet Whispers. Junto a estos NPC hay altares, y esos altares sí son distintos, aunque se llamen igual, Evil Altar, y nos toca recorrer los cinco. En la quest anterior profanamos los altares santos; ahora hay que encender todos los altares del mal de la localización. Quien haga a menudo terceras profesiones a sus personajes sabe de sobra dónde están las tablillas de la localización, así que para ellos esta quest será muy fácil, porque todas las cuevas y altares están junto a esas tablillas. La ruta por los altares se fija al azar para cada jugador, así que simplemente diré dónde están todos.
Dos altares están juntos en la entrada de la localización, solo que sus cuevas tienen entradas distintas, y no es seguro que en la quest tengas que recorrerlos uno tras otro; lo más probable es que visites uno, luego te manden al otro extremo de la localización y después otra vez a la entrada; en fin, tocará correr. El tercer altar está a la izquierda de la entrada de la localización, pero también donde hay una tablilla. Y los dos últimos también están juntos, al final de la localización, donde hay un camino hacia las localizaciones Monastery of Silence y Frozen Labyrinth. También saltamos abajo hasta la tablilla y buscamos las entradas de las cuevas.
Vuelve con Hierarch para completar la quest.
Encendidos todos los altares, allí mismo, junto al último altar, hablamos con el NPC Hierarch y recibimos de premio 222k de experiencia. En crónicas posteriores añadieron también SP, pero en Interlude solo experiencia. El NPC dice que ahora eres miembro del club de élite Benandanti Cartel, lo cual, por lo demás, no te obliga a nada. Eso es todo, ya puedes retozar por otros sitios.
