Succession to the Legend, Shillien Saint

Succession to the Legend, Shillien Saint is a one-time, solo quest in Lineage 2 C4: Scions of Destiny for characters of level 76+. It starts with Anastia in Hardin's Academy.

Anastia tells you to go see the Saint of Light who came to Goddard and listen to her advice on your future.

Succession to the Legend, Shillien Saint walkthrough

The third class transfer for a Shillien Elder: this saga turns the character into a Shillien Saint at level 76. Like every saga it is a long pilgrimage across the continent. Your allies here are Agnes and Duncan, the route runs past six Tablets of Vision, and the three fights are against Fallen Angel Naverius, Archon of Halisha and Fallen angel Tanakia.

Allies and the first amulet

  1. Hardin's Academy. Take the quest from Magister Anastia.

  2. Town of Goddard. Talk to Saint of Light Agnes.

  3. Hot Springs (teleport from Town of Goddard). Talk to Chef Duncan.

    He asks for Cryolite.

  4. Cryolite is the reward of the repeatable quest The Finest Ingredients - Part 1, which Jeremy gives at the Hot Springs.

  5. Talk to Chef Duncan again. You receive: Offering.

  6. Town of Goddard. Return to Saint of Light Agnes. You receive: Resonance Amulet - 1.

First three tablets

  1. Plains of Glory. Talk to Tablet of Vision.

  2. Valley of Saints (teleport from Rune Township). Hunt Guardian of Forbidden Knowledge (lv. 76) until you have: Resonance Amulet - 2.

    The guardians stand around the second tablet. Keep killing them until one leaves the amulet.

  3. Talk to Tablet of Vision.

  4. Varka Silenos Barracks (teleport from Town of Goddard). Talk to Tablet of Vision.

    Touching the third tablet calls Fallen Angel Naverius. The monster stays only for a short time, so be ready to fight before you talk.

  5. Kill Fallen Angel Naverius (lv. 76) to get: Resonance Amulet - 3.

  6. Return to Tablet of Vision.

Divine Stone and the fourth tablet

  1. Town of Goddard. Find Magister Kamilen in the Dark Elven Guild.

    Choose whom to help, the Ketra orcs or the Varka Silenos. Either way you must bring Divine Stone of Wisdom: the Ketra messenger Wahkan gives it for the quest Magical Power of Water - Part 1, the Varka messenger Naran Ashanuk for Magical Power of Fire - Part 1. Both quests need an alliance of level 2 or higher with that side.

  2. Talk to Magister Kamilen again. You receive: Resonance Amulet - 4.

  3. Monastery of Silence (teleport from Town of Goddard). Talk to Tablet of Vision.

Halisha's minions and the last tablets

  1. Town of Goddard. Return to Magister Kamilen in the Dark Elven Guild.

  2. Shrine of Loyalty. Hunt Grave Scarab (lv. 73), Scavenger Scarab (lv. 73), Grave Ant (lv. 74), Scavenger Ant (lv. 74), Shrine Knight (lv. 75), Shrine Guard (lv. 75) until you have: Halisha's Mark ×700.

    With 700 marks in the bag the next kills bring out Archon of Halisha, who attacks you at once. A faster way for a strong party is to kill an Archon of Halisha inside the Four Sepulchers: it counts as well.

  3. Kill Archon of Halisha (lv. 76) to get: Resonance Amulet - 5.

  4. Wall of Argos (teleport from Town of Goddard). Talk to Tablet of Vision.

  5. The Giant's Cave. Talk to Tablet of Vision.

    At the sixth tablet Fallen angel Tanakia appears together with Abyss Saint Elcardia. Attack the monster until it withdraws, then talk to Abyss Saint Elcardia: the last amulet comes from that conversation.

  6. Talk to Tablet of Vision again.

    You must have Resonance Amulet - 6 from the previous step to commune with the tablet.

  7. Hardin's Academy. Return to Magister Anastia to complete the quest.

Tips

  • Collect Cryolite and Divine Stone of Wisdom before you start: both come from side quests, and with them in the bag the saga is one continuous trip.
  • The marks are counted per character, but monsters of the Shrine of Loyalty die much faster in a party, and several players can collect at the same time.
  • The class changes in the final talk with Anastia, so come back at level 76 or higher.

    Magister Anastia tells you to visit Saint of Light in Goddard Castle Town. Visit the Saint of Light.

    Saint of Light Agnes asks you to visit Chef Duncan in the hot springs area and bring her some food.

    Chef Duncan needs ice crystals to keep the food fresh.

    When you deliver the ice crystals, Chef Duncan hands you a well-packaged jar containing the food. Take it to Saint of Light Agnes.

    Saint of Light Agnes gives you the Stone of Commune and tells you to go to the Tablet of Vision.

    According to the first Tablet of Vision, you'll find the person with the Stone of Commune near the next tablet.

    At the third tablet, you learned that Magister Kamilen has a Stone of Commune. Visit her and get the Stone of Commune.

    Magister Master Kamilen tells you that if you go north from the fork in the road, you'll find the Shrine of the Loyal. If you go east from there, you'll find the Imperial Tomb.
