Secret Buried in the Swamp

Secret Buried in the Swamp walkthrough

The quest Secret Buried in the Swamp is taken at level 66 from Mercenary Supplier Abercrombie (Abercrombie), who stands at the teleport point in the location Swamp of Screams.

1. Swamp of Screams (teleport from Rune Township). Take the quest from Mercenary Supplier Abercrombie.

2. Talk to Corpse of Dwarf. You receive: Krorin's Journal.

The dwarf tells that a researcher who went to study some obelisks or other got lost in the swamps and vanished into thin air. He has to be found. There is a mark on the map, so we run to the other end of the location, where the Needle Stakatos live, and there we find the researcher lying about.

3. Return to Mercenary Supplier Abercrombie. Hand over: Krorin's Journal.

We take the book off the body and return to the start NPC. The dwarf, having read the book, says that it would be good to finish the research. Well, it is all clear: again we have to rush all over the location among the mobs and look for incomprehensible things, namely the forgotten monuments, Forgotten Monument.

4. Talk to Forgotten Monument.

There are four of these monuments in all, two at the Splinter Stakatos and two at the Needle Stakatos. All the monuments are in enclosed areas that look like pools, with only one narrow entrance. And besides the heap of aggressive mobs around, in the pools themselves live the mobs Frenzy Stakato, very wicked both at first and at second sight. We will have to take out everybody in a row first and only then talk to the monuments. We run to the first monument, it is not very far.

5. Talk to Forgotten Monument.

Then to the second one, which is of course at quite the other end (who would doubt it).

6. Talk to Forgotten Monument.

The third and the fourth monuments are in the territory where the Needle Stakatos live.

7. Talk to Forgotten Monument.

8. Return to Mercenary Supplier Abercrombie to complete the quest.

Having gone round all four tablets, we return to the start dwarf and get 40k adena and 130k exp as a reward. And here is what I will tell you after that: all the quests of the Korean developers are dumb.
