Light and Darkness — квест у Lineage 2 Scryde (одноразовий, одиночний) для персонажів 61+ рівня. Починається в NPC Hierarch (Rune Territory).

Проходження квесту на експу у Valley of Saints, чотири Altar of Saints

Ще один квест на експу, що проходиться в локації Valley of Saints. Стартовий рівень - 61. Стартовий NPC - Hierarch (Hierarch). Початкові вимоги - виконаний квест Sweet Whispers. Повторюваність - ні. Нагорода - EXP і SP.

  1. Valley of Saints (телепорт: Rune Township). Візьміть квест у NPC Hierarch.

    У локації є п'ять печер, у яких мешкають п'ять абсолютно однакових NPC Hierarch, вони просто задубльовані, тобто можна квест брати в одного, а здавати зовсім іншому, немає жодної різниці. Докладно про те, де ці NPC, розповідається в ознайомчому квесті локації: Sweet Whispers. За завданням NPC, який явно є прибічником темних сил, нам треба оббігти й осквернити чотири святі вівтарі Altar of Saints. Порядок обходу вівтарів вибирається в квесті рандомно, і не факт, що той вівтар, який у вас буде першим, в іншого гравця не буде четвертим, тому я дам вам розташування всіх вівтарів, а ви там уже зметикуєте, куди вам бігти, просто дивіться на карту, де стоїть пімпочка. Якісь із цих вівтарів ви бачили й раніше, якісь побачите вперше. Усі вівтарі на поверхні, ні в які печери лізти не треба, просто деякі з них розташовані в місцях, де гравці не дуже-то й бігають.

    Hierarch у Lineage 2 Scryde

  2. Перший вівтар біля входу в локацію, від точки телепорту забігаєте прямо між двома NPC і біжите прямо. Другий вівтар ви бачили досить часто, це там, де ми спойлимо рецепти на робу Dark Crystal, я зазвичай біля цього вівтаря саджу своїх баферів, мобів там немає. Третій вівтар ми всі теж не раз бачили, це місце, де ми вибиваємо рецепт на рукавиці Tallum. Тобто від другого вівтаря треба, тримаючись правої стіни, залізти стежкою вгору, там пройти через галявину й перейти через місток, на якому я завжди тримаю своїх баферів, і далі через мобів до наступної галявини, де, власне, я й б'ю рецепти. А от на останній вівтар ви навряд чи натрапляли, бо він схований у самому кінці локації. Від третього вівтаря біжимо далі через мобів, поки не прийдемо до містка, що веде до рейдбоса Flame of Splendor Barakiel, який потрібен за квестом на ноблес. Переходимо через місток, але до Barakiel не заходимо, а повертаємо праворуч і знову через мобів біжимо доти, доки не впремося в стіну. Унизу в ущелині схований вівтар.

  3. Поверніться до NPC Hierarch і завершіть квест.

    Осквернивши всі вівтарі (фу, як грубо звучить), повертаємося до найближчого NPC Hierarch і отримуємо в нагороду 105к експи. У наступних хроніках додали ще й SP, але на інтерлюді лише експа. NPC повідомить, що він тепер майже повністю вам довіряє, і далі відкривається можливість у цього самого NPC узяти квест The Coming Darkness.
