The Finest Ingredients - Part 1

The Finest Ingredients - Part 1 is a repeatable, party quest in Lineage 2 Scryde for characters of level 73–80. It starts with Jeremy in Hot Springs.

Chef Jeremy asks you to gather ingredients to attract Icicle Emperor Bumbalump, the king of yetis, so you can get some excellent yeti meat.

The Finest Ingredients - Part 1 walkthrough

The quest for the ice crystal is needed for getting the third class by all classes. The crystal is given for the first part of the quest The Finest Ingredients, and the second part of this quest is about summoning the RB Icicle Emperor Bumbalump.

Hot Springs (teleport from Town of Goddard). Take the quest from Chef Jeremy.
The quest can be done from level 73; it is taken in the Hot Springs (TP from Goddard) from chef Jeremy.
Hunt Hot Springs Bandersnatchling (lv. 73) until you have: Foot of Bandersnatchling ×50.
Do not mix this mob up: there are wolves of level 73 and 76 there, and we need only the 73 one.
Hunt Hot Springs Nepenthes (lv. 75) until you have: Trunk of Nepenthes ×50.
Hunt Hot Springs Atrox (lv. 76), Hot Springs Atroxspawn (lv. 74) until you have: Secret Spice ×50.
One and the same item drops from both spiders.
The quest items drop from every mob with a 100% chance. If an item did not drop, then either somebody in the party has the same quest and the item went to them, or you have the quest for fishing shots taken and it is getting in the way. The quest for the shots has to be cancelled; do not forget to change the bottles for shots at the fisherman guildsman before you cancel. Sorry, I got carried away.
Return to Chef Jeremy to complete the quest. You receive: Ice Crystal.
We need 50 items of each kind; as soon as we have them we go and hand the first part in to Jeremy. Into the ordinary inventory we get the crystal (needed for the third class) and a thingy that looks like coke (I forgot the name).

Tips

We keep the crystal for better times, and the thingy we hand to Jeremy for the second part of this quest (The Finest Ingredients - Part 2): he gives a treat with which we will lure the raid boss. It has to be laid out on the feeding table of the RB, and then he appears.
All four monsters live around the springs and are level 73–76; the three collections go in parallel while you hunt in one place.
The crystal cannot be traded, so each character who plans a third class transfer does the quest personally.

The dish I shall make for the competition is called "Smoked Yeti." However, I cannot make it with ordinary Yeti meat; I need the meat from the Icicle Emperor, the greatest of all the Yeti.
The Icicle Emperor ventures out only rarely, however, so we must first cook another meal as bait.
I will require the stems of Hot Springs Nepenthes, feet of Hot Springs Bandersnatchlings, Hot Springs Atroxes and Hot Springs Atroxspawns. I need you to fetch me 50 Secret Spices derived from these materials.
Why so many? Not only this particular Yeti very large, he is also a very discriminating eater. We must tease his palate...
