Succession to the Legend, Mystic Muse

Succession to the Legend, Mystic Muse is a one-time, solo quest in Lineage 2 C4: Scions of Destiny for characters of level 76+. It starts with Arkenias in Ivory Tower.

A Spellsinger must obtain the power sealed in the Tablets of Vision to become a Mystic Muse.

Succession to the Legend, Mystic Muse walkthrough

The third class transfer for a Spellsinger: this saga turns the character into a Mystic Muse at level 76. Like every saga it is a long pilgrimage across the continent. Your allies here are Alminas and Mist, the route runs past six Tablets of Vision, and the three fights are against Fallen Angel Allector, Archon of Halisha and Unknown Stopper.

Allies and the first amulet

  1. Ivory Tower. Find Grand Magister Arkenias on the Elven floor of the tower and take the quest.

  2. Town of Goddard. Find Magister Alminas in the Mages Guild.

  3. Hot Springs (teleport from Town of Goddard). Talk to Information Broker Mist.

    He asks for Cryolite.

  4. Cryolite is the reward of the repeatable quest The Finest Ingredients - Part 1, which Jeremy gives at the Hot Springs.

  5. Talk to Information Broker Mist again. You receive: Investigative Report.

  6. Town of Goddard. Return to Magister Alminas in the Mages Guild. You receive: Resonance Amulet - 1.

First three tablets

  1. Plains of Glory. Talk to Tablet of Vision.

  2. Valley of Saints (teleport from Rune Township). Hunt Guardian of Forbidden Knowledge (lv. 76) until you have: Resonance Amulet - 2.

    The guardians stand around the second tablet. Keep killing them until one leaves the amulet.

  3. Talk to Tablet of Vision.

  4. Varka Silenos Barracks (teleport from Town of Goddard). Talk to Tablet of Vision.

    Touching the third tablet calls Fallen Angel Allector. The monster stays only for a short time, so be ready to fight before you talk.

  5. Kill Fallen Angel Allector (lv. 76) to get: Resonance Amulet - 3.

  6. Return to Tablet of Vision.

Divine Stone and the fourth tablet

  1. Town of Goddard. Return to Magister Alminas in the Mages Guild.

    Choose whom to help, the Ketra orcs or the Varka Silenos. Either way you must bring Divine Stone of Wisdom: the Ketra messenger Wahkan gives it for the quest Magical Power of Water - Part 1, the Varka messenger Naran Ashanuk for Magical Power of Fire - Part 1. Both quests need an alliance of level 2 or higher with that side.

  2. Talk to Magister Alminas again. You receive: Resonance Amulet - 4.

  3. Monastery of Silence (teleport from Town of Goddard). Talk to Tablet of Vision.

Halisha's minions and the last tablets

  1. Town of Goddard. Return to Magister Alminas in the Mages Guild.

  2. Shrine of Loyalty. Hunt Grave Scarab (lv. 73), Scavenger Scarab (lv. 73), Grave Ant (lv. 74), Scavenger Ant (lv. 74), Shrine Knight (lv. 75), Shrine Guard (lv. 75) until you have: Halisha's Mark ×700.

    With 700 marks in the bag the next kills bring out Archon of Halisha, who attacks you at once. A faster way for a strong party is to kill an Archon of Halisha inside the Four Sepulchers: it counts as well.

  3. Kill Archon of Halisha (lv. 76) to get: Resonance Amulet - 5.

  4. Wall of Argos (teleport from Town of Goddard). Talk to Tablet of Vision.

  5. The Giant's Cave. Talk to Tablet of Vision.

    At the sixth tablet Unknown Stopper appears together with Silver Feyshar. Attack the monster until it withdraws, then talk to Silver Feyshar: the last amulet comes from that conversation.

  6. Talk to Tablet of Vision again.

    You must have Resonance Amulet - 6 from the previous step to commune with the tablet.

  7. Ivory Tower. Return to Grand Magister Arkenias on the Elven floor of the tower to complete the quest.

Tips

  • Collect Cryolite and Divine Stone of Wisdom before you start: both come from side quests, and with them in the bag the saga is one continuous trip.
  • The marks are counted per character, but monsters of the Shrine of Loyalty die much faster in a party, and several players can collect at the same time.
  • The class changes in the final talk with Arkenias, so come back at level 76 or higher.

    Magister Alminas tells you to go to Information Broker Mist in the hot springs area and get the report of the investigation she requested earlier. Go to the hot springs area and meet Information Broker Mist.

    Information Broker Mist says he has the report of the investigation, but won't give it away for free. He wants ice crystals from the hot springs area in return. Get the ice crystals and return to Mist.

  4. Return to Magister Alminas

    You've got the report of the investigation from Information Broker Mist. Return to Magister Alminas.

    You've got the Stone of Commune you need to access the Tablet of Vision. You should already know where it is.

    You feel that one of the Guardians of Forbidden Knowledge near the next Tablet of Vision has the Stone of Commune. Kill the guardian and get the Stone of Commune.

    Go to the Ketra Orc Tribe and obtain their Divine Stone of Wisdom, a fragment of the Stone of Commune. They know it has great power, but have no idea how to access it. They actually hold a contest and give it to the smartest person in their tribe! Gain the trust of their messenger, Wahkan and prove yourself to him. He'll give you their sacred stone.

    Or, if you prefer, you can get the stone from the Varka Silenos by gaining the trust of their messenger, Naran Ashanuk.

    Go to the Varka Silenos village and get their Divine Stone of Wisdom. They know it has great power, but have no idea how to access it.     A monster known as the Archon of Halisha has the next Stone of Commune. The archon can be found inside the Four Sepulchers, but you mustn't enter there alone!

    If you prefer to confront the archon alone, attack his minions in the Shrine of the LoyalThe archon himself will appear after you've collected 700 marks of Halisha.
