Saga of the Hierophant
Saga of the Hierophant is a one-time, solo quest in Lineage 2 Scryde for characters of level 76+. It starts with Hollint in Town of Oren.
Hollint asks you to verify whether or not the one claiming to be the Saint of Light in the Town of Goddard is authentic.
Saga of the Hierophant walkthrough
The quest for the third profession, Saga of the Hierophant (Succession to the Legend Hierophant): Prophet becomes Hierophant.
Allies and the first amulet
Town of Oren. Find High Priest Hollint in the temple and take the quest.
The quest Saga of the Hierophant is taken on reaching level 76 in the town of Oren, in the temple, from the NPC Hollint.
Town of Goddard. Talk to Saint of Light Agnes.
From there you are sent to Goddard to the NPC Agnes (she stands to the left of the magic shop).
Hot Springs (teleport from Town of Goddard). Talk to Chef Duncan.
She in turn sends you on to the Hot Springs to the cook Duncan. Chef Duncan asks you to bring him the Ice Crystal; we turn to Jeremy, who stands nearby, and do the quest for the Ice Crystal.
Talk to Chef Duncan again. You receive:
Offering.Town of Goddard. Return to Saint of Light Agnes. You receive:
Resonance Amulet - 1.We give the crystal to Duncan, get an item from him and take it to Agnes in Goddard; she tells you how to get to the first Tablet of Vision and gives the first resonance amulet.
First three tablets
Plains of Glory. Talk to Tablet of Vision.
The first Tablet of Vision is the same for all professions; it stands not far from the Tower of Insolence (teleport from Aden to the entrance of the tower): we turn left and run to the tablet.
Monastery of Silence (teleport from Town of Goddard). Hunt Guardian of Forbidden Knowledge (lv. 76) until you have:
Resonance Amulet - 2.Now we have to visit the second tablet; for all professions the second tablet is in the Valley of Saints, there are several of them there, and we need the one on the right side; it is more convenient to run to it from Rune through the teleport to the location of the same name. At the second tablet a heap of angels meets us; they all have to be killed, and then the resonance amulet drops from the last one. I must say I did not pretend to be a mage here: Majestic heavy, my own warrior buff plus Vampiric Rage 4 from a Shillien Elder, and it all went fine, the amulet dropped.
Valley of Saints (teleport from Rune Township). Talk to Tablet of Vision.
Now we set off for the third Tablet of Vision; it is next to the Pilgrim's Temple, which can be reached from Ketra, even without running into mobs if you run round close to the walls of the fort: there are no mobs there.
Pilgrim's Temple. Talk to Tablet of Vision.
Kill Fallen Angel Naverius (lv. 76) to get:
Resonance Amulet - 3.The third tablets are different for all professions, but it all comes down to having to kill a mob. I decided to buff as a warrior here too, because there is nothing else to hit with. The right decision.
Return to Tablet of Vision.
We get the resonance amulet, talk to the tablet and set off for Goddard to the NPC Priest Bastian.
Divine Stone and the fourth tablet
Town of Goddard. Find Priest Bastian in the Mages Guild.
Priest Bastian asks you to bring the Divine Stone of Wisdom, which can be obtained either in Ketra or in Varka, so we choose a side and go to do the quests. Note that the NPC asks whose side you will take in the standoff between the orcs and the goats; that is, if you are going to make the alliance with Varka, choose the line about Varka, and if with Ketra, the one about Ketra. We do it in order: first the quest up to the second alliance level: with Ketra it is Alliance with Ketra Orcs, or with Varka it is Alliance with Varka Silenos; then the quest Magical Power of Water or Magical Power of Fire respectively; we get the Divine Stone of Wisdom and return to Bastian, and then go on to the fourth tablet.
Talk to Priest Bastian again. You receive:
Resonance Amulet - 4.Garden of Beasts. Talk to Tablet of Vision.
The fourth Tablet of Vision is also the same for all classes; the easiest way to reach it is to teleport to Ketra: at the entrance we turn left and run along the road until we find the tablet.
Halisha's minions and the last tablets
Town of Goddard. Return to Priest Bastian in the Mages Guild.
We return to Bastian and are sent either to kill 700 mobs in the Shrine of Loyalty (teleport from Goddard to the Wall of Argos and from there on foot, or the noblesse teleport straight to the location) or to go through the four sepulchers in the Imperial Tomb; we are not proud, we will beat the mobs.
Shrine of Loyalty. Hunt Grave Scarab (lv. 73), Scavenger Scarab (lv. 73), Grave Ant (lv. 74), Scavenger Ant (lv. 74), Shrine Knight (lv. 75), Shrine Guard (lv. 75) until you have:
Halisha's Mark ×700.We come to the place and beat 700 mobs (not by ourselves, of course: we ask somebody, I did it with my Spellhowler); out of the 701st mob (from about the 695th it is better for the prophet to hit them herself, and the last one she must kill on her own; if something goes wrong, 20 Halisha's Marks are taken away and you have to finish off 20 more mobs) a quest mob jumps out (rather feeble, by the way).
Kill Archon of Halisha (lv. 76) to get:
Resonance Amulet - 5.Borderland Fortress. Talk to Tablet of Vision.
We get the resonance amulet from the mob and run to the fifth tablet; it is right here, in the Wall of Argos: from the Goddard teleport go left and along the left wall to the third glade with the deer, it stands there at the end.
Hunters Village. Talk to Tablet of Vision.
The fifth tablet tells you that the last, sixth one can be found not far from Hunters Village. Off we run. We talk, and a monster climbs out and starts beating the NPC; the mob has to be beaten a little, it vanishes, and Sunset Guide Luna gives the last amulet for the tablet.
Talk to Tablet of Vision again.
Town of Oren. Return to High Priest Hollint in the temple to complete the quest.
We activate the tablet. And that is it: we return to Oren to Hollint and receive the third profession. Congrats!
Tips
- Collect
Ice Crystal and 
Divine Stone of Wisdom before you start: both come from side quests, and with them in the bag the saga is one continuous trip. - The marks are counted per character, but monsters of the Shrine of Loyalty die much faster in a party, and several players can collect at the same time.
- Ice Crystal is the reward of the repeatable quest The Finest Ingredients - Part 1, which Jeremy gives at the Hot Springs.

Now this could easily be a hoax, like the time in Gludio, but this time... it just feels different. Something has changed in the air.

It's not something I can explain fully, but I often feel the presence of great spiritual beings. Just as you cannot explain to the color blind what red looks like, I cannot explain this sense of mine to you. But you have sharp eyes and a strong sense of faith, both of which are necessary tools for the task I am about to bestow upon you.
I want you to go to the Town of Goddard and look for the Saint of Light. Report back to me if you find them.
Franz has already started looking into the Saints, his findings have all been recorded in this book here. He also ran into a troublesome individual who seemed hellbent on stopping him, and while I sincerely hope you do not run into him, there is information in this book that will help you deal with him too.

The Ketra Orcs and the Varka Silenos are currently at war with each other, so you must choose which tribe to approach.
