Saga of Eva's Saint

Saga of Eva's Saint is a one-time, solo quest in Lineage 2 Scryde for characters of level 76+. It starts with Hollint in Town of Oren.

Hollint asks you to verify whether or not the one claiming to be the Saint of Light in the Town of Goddard is authentic.

The quest for the third profession, Saga of Eva's Saint (Succession to the Legend Eva's Saint): Elven Elder becomes Eva's Saint.

Allies and the first amulet

  1. Town of Oren. Find High Priest Hollint in the temple and take the quest.

    The quest Saga of the Eva's Saint (Succession to the Legend Eva's Saint), the third profession for the Elven Elder, is taken on reaching level 76 in the town of Oren from High Priest Hollint (he stands in the temple of Oren).

  2. Town of Goddard. Talk to Saint of Light Agnes.

    From him we fly to Goddard; there, downstairs next to the magic shop, the NPC Agnes hangs about in the corner, surrounded by little beggars.

  3. Hot Springs (teleport from Town of Goddard). Talk to Chef Duncan.

    Naturally all these little beggars have to be fed, so Agnes sends us to the Hot Springs to Chef Duncan on the central glade, so that he gives us something to eat. And as usual, he will give us nothing until we bring him the Ice Crystal. I hope that by this moment you have already done the quest The Finest Ingredients and the crystal is in your quest inventory. If so, we talk to Duncan again; if not, we go to get the crystal.

  4. Talk to Chef Duncan again. You receive: Offering.

  5. Town of Goddard. Return to Saint of Light Agnes. You receive: Resonance Amulet - 1.

    In the end we exchange the Ice Crystal for cookies for the little beggars and return to Agnes. She gives the first resonance amulet, which has to be carried to the first tablet.

First three tablets

  1. Plains of Glory. Talk to Tablet of Vision.

    The first tablet is the same for all classes, and it stands between Oren and Aden, not far from the Tower of Insolence. So we teleport to the Tower of Insolence and, without entering the tower, run towards the tablet (I usually leave a cat by this tablet so as not to run far).

  2. Monastery of Silence (teleport from Town of Goddard). Hunt Guardian of Forbidden Knowledge (lv. 76) until you have: Resonance Amulet - 2.

    We activate the tablet and learn that the second resonance amulet and the second tablet are in the Valley of Saints, and the amulet itself has to be knocked out of the angels that circle round the tablet in great numbers. The amulet drops from the last angel (that is the rule on PTS servers; on Java ones it drops from the 4th mob). You may be in a party while doing it, and you may be healed. In general all the professions are sent to the Valley of Saints, but there are several tablets and groups of angels there; which of them you need is shown on the map. The angels stand below, in deep pits. For the warcryers the second tablet is not far from the teleport point: you have to go left through the mobs. Certain difficulties may arise here, because the angels stand rather close together and are all social to one another. The angels, naturally, are not undead. I usually buff myself as a warrior and kick them with S-grade duals. The Arcana Mace will do too, only do not forget to take warrior soulshots with you. We beat all the mobs Guardian of Forbidden Knowledge; the resonance amulet drops from the last one.

  3. Valley of Saints (teleport from Rune Township). Talk to Tablet of Vision.

    We talk to the second tablet, and it tells us that at the third tablet a monster awaits you; by defeating it you get the next amulet. The third tablet of the Elven Elders is in Ketra, not far from the fort; there are no mobs nearby. Before calling out the quest mob do not forget to leave the party.

  4. Borderland Fortress. Talk to Tablet of Vision.

  5. Kill Fallen Angel Haures (lv. 76) to get: Resonance Amulet - 3.

    A quest mob climbs out of the third tablet, and it has to be beaten. When you took the profession quest, a little book dropped into your inventory; if you click on it, it opens, and in it is written how to defeat this mob. For the Elven Elders it says there that sleep has to be used, and after the sleep holy magic, because the mob is undead. I do not know why put it to sleep at all: it falls from a single Might of Heaven. The mob is called Fallen Angel Haures.

  6. Return to Tablet of Vision.

    The next amulet drops from the mob, we activate the tablet and return to Goddard, to the temple, to the NPC Priest Bastian.

Divine Stone and the fourth tablet

  1. Town of Goddard. Find Priest Bastian in the Mages Guild.

    He needs the Divine Stone of Wisdom. If you did the quests in Varka or Ketra beforehand, the little stone is already with you; if not, you will have to go and do them: first get the second level of the alliance with Ketra or Varka (Alliance with Ketra Orcs or Alliance with Varka Silenos), and then, depending on whether you chose the alliance with the orcs or with the goats, the quest for the Divine Stone of Wisdom: Magical Power of Fire or Magical Power of Water. In short, in the end you must have the Divine Stone of Wisdom in your inventory (the ordinary one). Bastian asks where you will go to get the little stone, to Ketra or to Varka; you can choose any answer, it decides nothing: the main thing is that you do the quests and bring the stone, and where exactly from makes no difference to him.

  2. Talk to Priest Bastian again. You receive: Resonance Amulet - 4.

    In any case, having got the stone, we give it to Bastian, and in return he gives the fourth amulet. So we have to run to the fourth tablet. It is one for all classes and is next to Ketra; there are no mobs on the way, so we teleport to Ketra and run along the road to the left, if you stand facing the location.

Halisha's minions and the last tablets

  1. Town of Goddard. Return to Priest Bastian in the Mages Guild.

    After the dialogue with the fourth tablet we go to Priest Bastian again; the next task is to beat 700 mobs in the location Shrine of Loyalty, and out of the 701st a quest mob jumps and gives up the amulet. Well, if we do not want to beat so many mobs, he agrees to an alternative, for which the Four Sepulchers have to be passed. Which way you choose depends only on you; I usually beat the mobs.

  2. Shrine of Loyalty. Hunt Grave Scarab (lv. 73), Scavenger Scarab (lv. 73), Grave Ant (lv. 74), Scavenger Ant (lv. 74), Shrine Knight (lv. 75), Shrine Guard (lv. 75) until you have: Halisha's Mark ×700.

    We set off for the Shrine of Loyalty and collect 700 of the items Halisha's Mark (there are even undead there, and not social to the other mobs at that, but of course it is better to do it quickly with a mage in the party); out of the 701st climbs the Archon of Halisha. The mob is sluggish and drops the next amulet.

  3. Kill Archon of Halisha (lv. 76) to get: Resonance Amulet - 5.

  4. Borderland Fortress. Talk to Tablet of Vision.

    Having got the amulet, we set out for the fifth tablet. It is the same for all classes and is right here, in the Wall of Argos, only it is handier to reach it by returning to Goddard and teleporting to the entrance of the location again. From the teleport point we turn left, run through two glades with deer and run into the big glade on the left (also with deer; the aggressive ones can be put to sleep). At the far end stands the fifth tablet.

  5. Rune Harbor. Talk to Tablet of Vision.

    The fifth tablet tells you that it remains to get the last, sixth resonance amulet, which is next to the last tablet in the location Forest of the Dead, but the tablet is far from the teleport point: first you have to go round the mobs on the right, along the hilly slope next to the precipice, and then also kill the mobs next to the tablet. We talk to the tablet, and nearby appear the NPC Verdure Elder Elikia and the mob Fallen angel Tanakia. Naturally, we beat the quest mob. You will not kill it, but soon it disappears, shouting something about a speedy revenge on you for meddling in what is not your business.

  6. Talk to Tablet of Vision again.

  7. Town of Oren. Return to High Priest Hollint in the temple to complete the quest.

    We talk to Verdure Elder Elikia, and she hands over the last amulet. We activate the tablet and return to Oren to High Priest Hollint. We get the profession Eva's Saint, some adena (from 5kk to 50kk, depending on the rates) and the book Secret Book of Giants.

Now this could easily be a hoax, like the time in Gludio, but this time... it just feels different. Something has changed in the air.

Franz has already started looking into the Saints, his findings have all been recorded in this book here. He also ran into a troublesome individual who seemed hellbent on stopping him, and while I sincerely hope you do not run into him, there is information in this book that will help you deal with him too.

The Ketra Orcs and the Varka Silenos are currently at war with each other, so you must choose which tribe to approach.
