Make a Pair of Dress Shoes

Make a Pair of Dress Shoes is a one-time, solo quest in Lineage 2 Scryde for characters of level 60+. It starts with Woodley in Town of Aden.

While making formal wear, Leikar asks you to go to Trader Woodley and get some dress shoes. Woodley doesn't make them, however.

Make a Pair of Dress Shoes walkthrough

The quest Make a Pair of Dress Shoes, the fourth and last errand of the quest Make Formal Wear. Start level: 60. Start NPC: Trader Woodley. Not repeatable. Reward: Dress Shoe Box.

  1. Town of Aden. Find Armor Merchant Woodley in the weapon and armor shop and take the quest.

Trader Woodley stands close by, behind the wall, in the armor and weapon shop. We turn to him, but he answers that he has nothing at all to make those shoes of and sends us back to Leikar.

  2. Find Maid Leikar on the square.

She swears quietly but thoroughly, though probably not quietly enough, and everything is heard through the wall.

  3. Return to Armor Merchant Woodley in the weapon and armor shop. Hand over: Leather ×200, Thread ×600.

We go to Trader Woodley again, and here plain blackmail begins: he needs 500k adena, 200 leather and 600 thread. Well, we give it, we are used to it by now. But he, the pest, does not take all the 500k adena: he takes only 200k and asks us to carry the remaining 300k to the NPC Trader Ian in the basement of the Ivory Tower.

  4. Ivory Tower. Talk to Armor Merchant Ian.

We quickly rush there (we have already been there today) and hand over the adena.

  5. Town of Aden. Return to Armor Merchant Woodley in the weapon and armor shop to complete the quest. You receive: Dress Shoe Box.

And again we appear before the most honest eyes of Trader Woodley. That is it, we get the shoes; the last piece is ours and this quest is finished.

Tips

  • Have the full 500,000 adena on you when the trader names his price: he checks the whole sum before he starts.

Leikar's short on fabric?

It's hard to make something using the color but not the fabric. Can you help?

  • "I'll try."

I need 200 leather and 600 thread for the shoes. You also have to pay for them. It's about five hundred thousand Adena. Don't forget!

You brought it all! Give me two hundred thousand Adena and we'll call it good.

  • "Here's the money and the goods."

Look like you don't have all the materials. I know that they are not something that ordinary people should expect to obtain, but you're not exactly an ordinary person, eh? Please go get them for me.

This will take a while to make. Deliver three hundred thousand Adena to Trader Ian for the materials.

I know these materials are hard to get now, but hurry!

I'm still working on the shoes. Did you deliver three hundred thousand Adena to Ian?

What did Ian say?

I'll respect his requests.

  • "Can I have the shoes?"

They should be well protected in this box. Be careful!

Come in! What can I do for you?

Ah yes, a payment from Woodley! That's 300,000 Adena, right?

  • "Here it is."

Humph! Only 300,000 Adena for the excellent item I made for him? I suppose I'll accept it this time! Tell Mr. Woodley that his balance is paid off, but next time, I'll have to charge a late fee!

So, Mr. Woodley sent you? Where is his payment? Did you drop it by any chance? Please check your pockets!

You haven't seen Mr. Woodley? When you do, tell him that I'll accept his payment this time, but next time he's late, I'll charge him a late fee.

Have you already been to Mr. Woodley? Even Mr. Woodley couldn't have made a pair of formal dress shoes so quickly! Did something happen that I need to know about?

  • "I need the materials for the Formal Wear."

Oh! We need the fabric for the Formal Wear so that we can match the color of the shoes. Tell Mr. Woodley that I don't have any fabric to give him now and he should use his best judgement regarding the shoes. Tell him to make them the same as before, he'll understand.

You haven't left yet? I can't get new fabric... Tell Mr. Woodley to use the same color as before for the shoes.
