Scent of Death es una quest de Lineage 2 Scryde (repetible, en solitario) para personajes de nivel 11–18. Empieza con Minaless en Dark Elf Village.

La quest Scent of Death, por 3350 de adena y una poción de curación pequeña. Nivel inicial: 11. Localización inicial: la aldea de los elfos oscuros. NPC inicial: Trader Minaless (Minaless). Sin requisitos. Se repite. Sin restricción de raza, la puede hacer cualquiera.
Dark Elf Village. Acepta la quest con Accessory Merchant Minaless.
La quest de adena está disponible desde el nivel 11 y se coge con Trader Minaless, que está en la tienda de comestibles de la aldea de los elfos oscuros.
Swampland (teletransporte desde Dark Elf Village). Caza Marsh Zombie (nv. 13), Marsh Zombie Lord (nv. 14) hasta reunir:
Zombie's Skin ×5.Hay que cazar los mobs Marsh Zombie y Marsh Zombie Lord, que viven en la localización Swampland. Sales por la salida oeste de la aldea siguiendo el camino hasta ver el primer zombi a la izquierda. Fíjate en que los murciélagos que vuelan alrededor tienen agresividad variable: pueden atacar o no. Así que con cuidado. A los zombis hay que sacarles cinco objetos, y son tan impenetrables para los magos que hay que gastar tres nukes por mob, así que el maná vuela bastante rápido y en cualquier caso tocará sentarse a regenerarlo. Los guerreros, en cambio, sacan la quest de maravilla: cuando subí allí a mi Bladedancer hice la quest varias veces y hasta saqué un arma sin grado.
Dark Elf Village. Vuelve con Accessory Merchant Minaless para completar la quest. Entregas:
Zombie's Skin ×5.Cuando por fin tengas la suerte de sacar las cinco pieles, vuelve con el NPC inicial y recibe tu premio. Una sola poción es una tomadura de pelo, claro, pero la adena sí, vale.

Trader Minaless, que cultiva hierbas como actividad secundaria, lleva un tiempo cultivando una flor llamada nightshade. Esta planta necesita un abono especial conocido como zombie dust. Necesitas zombie skin para crear zombie dust. Trader Minaless te pide que vayas a las Marshlands, al sur del Dark Forest, mates a los marsh zombies y traigas cinco zombie skins.

The Nightshade needs Zombie Dust as fertilizer. Zombie Dust is made by drying the skins of corpses and grinding them into powder. It will have a stronger effect if it's made with an old corpse. Tetrarch Vellior told me he uses the skins of the undead for best effect.
I need a favor from you. If you go to the Marshlands southwest of our village, you'll find Zombies of the Tree Elves, long dead after our race wiped them out. Go after them and bring back their Zombie Skins. If you bring me five of them, I will give you a reward.
