Test of the Champion walkthrough

The third mark for Warlord and Destroyer, open from level 39. Ascalon keeps you busy with three campaigns around Dion, Giran and Oren, and the numbers are the largest of all class quests: three collections of 100 trophies and three of 30.

Revenge for Mason

1. Giran Castle Town. Find Veteran Ascalon outside the weapon shop and take the quest. You receive: Ascalon's 1st Letter.

2. Town of Dion. Find Mason near the warehouse. You receive: Iron Rose Ring.

3. Plains of the Lizardmen (teleport from Town of Oren). Hunt Bloody Axe Elite (lv. 35) until you have: Bloody Axe Head ×100.

4. Town of Dion. Return to Mason near the warehouse. You receive: Mason's Letter.

Antidote for the guards of Giran

5. Giran Castle Town. Return to Veteran Ascalon outside the weapon shop. You receive: Ascalon's 2nd Letter.

6. Talk to Magic Trader Groot. You receive: White Rose Insignia.

7. Gorgon Flower Garden. Hunt Harpy (lv. 32) until you have: Harpy's Egg ×30.

8. Hunt Medusa (lv. 34) until you have: Medusa's Venom ×30.

9. Plains of the Lizardmen (teleport from Town of Oren). Hunt Windsus (lv. 39) until you have: Windsus Bile ×30.

10. Giran Castle Town. Return to Magic Trader Groot. You receive: Groot's Letter.

Defence of Oren and Giran

11. Return to Veteran Ascalon outside the weapon shop. You receive: Ascalon's 3rd Letter.

12. Town of Oren. Find Captain Mouen at the town gate. You receive: Mouen's 1st Order.

13. Death Pass. Hunt Road Scavenger (lv. 37) until you have: Road Ratman Head ×100.

    From time to time a Road Collector joins the fight; its head counts too.

14. Town of Oren. Return to Captain Mouen at the town gate. You receive: Mouen's 2nd Order.

15. Plains of the Lizardmen (teleport from Town of Oren). Hunt Leto Lizardman (lv. 35), Leto Lizardman Archer (lv. 36), Leto Lizardman Soldier (lv. 37), Leto Lizardman Warrior (lv. 38), Leto Lizardman Shaman (lv. 39), Leto Lizardman Overlord (lv. 40) until you have: Leto Lizardman Fang ×100.

16. Town of Oren. Return to Captain Mouen at the town gate. You receive: Mouen's Letter.

17. Giran Castle Town. Return to Veteran Ascalon outside the weapon shop to complete the quest. You receive: Mark of Champion.

1. The Old Soldier's Friend

   Veteran Ascalon asks you to find his old friend Mason in the southern part of Dion.

   Go to: Mason

2. Mason's Revenge

   Mason's entire family was massacred by troops of the Grecian army. Exact his revenge upon the Bloody Axe Royal Guards on the Plains of the Lizardmen.

3. Return to Mason

   You've collected 100 heads of the Bloody Axe Royal Guards. Now take them to Mason.

   Go to: Mason

4. Letter to Ascalon

   Mason is satisfied that his family has been avenged. He asks you to deliver a letter to Ascalon.

   Go to: Veteran Ascalon

5. Poison of Medusa

   Now you must make an antidote for the Giran guards who were poisoned by the medusa. Find Groot in Giran Castle Town.

   Go to: Magic Trader Groot

6. An Antidote for Medusa Poisoning

   It wasn't a mortal threat to the race, but the number medusa poisonings certainly increased. Create an antidote from a harpy's egg, the medusa's venom and windsus bile.

7. Return to Groot

   You've gathered the ingredients to make the antidote for the medusa's venom. Return to Magic Trader Groot.

8. Fight of the Old Soldiers

   Groot thanks you for helping him and tells you that he will make and deliver the antidote. Now return to Ascalon.

   Go to: Veteran Ascalon

9. Crisis In Oren Castle Town

   Oren Castle Town is threatened! Meet Captain Mouen there!

   Go to: Captain Mouen

10. Hunting the Road Scavenger

    The crisis in Oren was a bit overblown by Ascalon, but the road scavengers are clearly causing trouble. Bring back 100 of their heads!

11. Return to Mouen

    You've collected 100 heads of the road scavengers. Return to Captain Mouen.
