Test of the Champion
Test of the Champion is a one-time, solo quest in Lineage 2 Interlude for characters of level 39+. It starts with Ascalon in Giran Castle Town.
These chaotic times are the best times for Warriors. Everything from mud and gore to love and romance is but for the taking!
Walkthrough
The third mark for Warlord and Destroyer, open from level 39. Ascalon keeps you busy with three campaigns around Dion, Giran and Oren, and the numbers are the largest of all class quests: three collections of 100 trophies and three of 30.
Revenge for Mason
Start the quest with Ascalon (Giran Castle Town). You receive: Ascalon's 1st Letter.
Talk to Mason (Town of Dion). You receive: Iron Rose Ring.
Hunt Bloody Axe Elite (lv. 35) until you have: Bloody Axe Head ×100. Where: Plains of the Lizardmen.
Return to Mason (Town of Dion). You receive: Mason's Letter.
Antidote for the guards of Giran
Return to Ascalon (Giran Castle Town). You receive: Ascalon's 2nd Letter.
Talk to Groot (Giran Castle Town). You receive: White Rose Insignia.
Hunt Harpy (lv. 32) until you have: Harpy's Egg ×30. Where: Gorgon Flower Garden.
Hunt Medusa (lv. 34) until you have: Medusa's Venom ×30. Where: Gorgon Flower Garden.
Hunt Windsus (lv. 39) until you have: Windsus Bile ×30. Where: Hardin's Academy.
Return to Groot (Giran Castle Town). You receive: Groot's Letter.
Defence of Oren and Giran
Return to Ascalon (Giran Castle Town). You receive: Ascalon's 3rd Letter.
Talk to Mouen (Town of Oren). You receive: Mouen's 1st Order.
Hunt Road Scavenger (lv. 37) until you have: Road Ratman Head ×100. Where: Death Pass.
From time to time a Road Collector joins the fight; its head counts too.
Return to Mouen (Town of Oren). You receive: Mouen's 2nd Order.
Hunt Leto Lizardman (lv. 35), Leto Lizardman Archer (lv. 36), Leto Lizardman Soldier (lv. 37), Leto Lizardman Warrior (lv. 38), Leto Lizardman Shaman (lv. 39), Leto Lizardman Overlord (lv. 40) until you have: Leto Lizardman Fang ×100. Where: Plains of the Lizardmen.
Return to Mouen (Town of Oren). You receive: Mouen's Letter.
Return to Ascalon (Giran Castle Town) to complete the quest. You receive: Mark of Champion.
Tips
- Harpies and medusas share the Gorgon Flower Garden next to Giran, so collect eggs and venom in one run and leave the windsus of Death Pass for last.
- Both big hunts on the Plains of the Lizardmen are much faster with area skills or in a party: the camps there are dense.

Poison of Medusa
Now you must make an antidote for the Giran guards who were poisoned by the medusa. Find Groot in Giran Castle Town.
Go to: Magic Trader Groot
An Antidote for Medusa Poisoning
It wasn't a mortal threat to the race, but the number medusa poisonings certainly increased. Create an antidote from a harpy's egg, the medusa's venom and windsus bile.
