Testimony of Fate
Testimony of Fate is a one-time, solo quest in Lineage 2 Interlude for characters of level 37+. It starts with Kaira in Giran Castle Town.
Dark Elves believe they are descendents of their abyssal mother, Shilen. They seek her dark truths regarding the chaotic times to come.
Walkthrough
The second mark for every dark elven second class, open from level 37. Kaira wants a forbidden book about Shilen. The way to it goes through a monk who trades a skull for poison and a talk with a dead man's spirit; after level 38 you are initiated into the Shilen Circle with ink made of fairy dust and treant sap.
Belladonna for Metheus
Start the quest with Kaira (Giran Castle Town). You receive: Kaira's Letter.
Talk to Metheus (Giran Castle Town). You receive: Metheus's Funeral Jar.
Hunt Hangman Tree (lv. 35) until you have: Kasandra's Remains. Where: Execution Grounds.
Return to Metheus (Giran Castle Town). You receive: Herbalism Textbook.
Talk to Ixia (Town of Dion). You receive: Ixia's List.
Hunt Medusa (lv. 34) until you have: Medusa's Ichor ×10. Where: Gorgon Flower Garden.
Hunt Marsh Spider (lv. 34) until you have: Marsh Spider Fluids ×10. Where: Cruma Tower.
Hunt Dead Seeker (lv. 34) until you have: Dead Seeker Dung ×10. Where: Execution Grounds.
Hunt Tyrant (lv. 35), Tyrant Kingpin (lv. 36) until you have: Tyrant's Blood ×10. Where: Wasteland.

Return to Ixia (Town of Dion). You receive: Belladonna.
Return to Metheus (Giran Castle Town). You receive: Alder's Skull.
Kaysha's Revelations
Return to Kaira (Giran Castle Town).
Kaira calls up Alders Spirit from the skull. Talk to the spirit while it is there.
Talk to Alders Spirit.
Talk to Roa (Giran Castle Town). You receive: Alder's Receipt.
Talk to Norman (Gludin Village). You receive: Revelations Manuscript.
Return to Kaira (Giran Castle Town). You receive: Kaira's Recommendation.
Kaira gives the recommendation only to a character of level 38 or higher.
The Shilen Circle
Talk to Thifiell (Dark Elf Village). You receive: Palus Charm, Thifiell's Letter.
Talk to Arkenia (Altar of Rites). You receive: Arkenia's Note.
Talk to Bloody Pixy (Swampland). You receive: Pixy Garnet.
Hunt Grandis (lv. 40) until you have: Grandis's Skull ×10. Where: Hardin's Academy.
Hunt Karul Bugbear (lv. 40) until you have: Karul Bugbear Skull ×10. Where: Hunters Valley.
Hunt Breka Orc Overlord (lv. 35) until you have: Breka Overlord Skull ×10. Where: Breka's Stronghold.
Hunt Leto Lizardman Overlord (lv. 40) until you have: Leto Overlord Skull ×10. Where: Plains of the Lizardmen.
Return to Bloody Pixy (Swampland). You receive: Red Fairy Dust.
Talk to Blight Treant (Swampland). You receive: Blight Treant Seed.
Hunt Black Willow Lurker (lv. 39) until you have: Black Willow Leaf ×10. Where: Swampland.
Return to Blight Treant (Swampland). You receive: Blight Treant Sap.
Return to Arkenia (Altar of Rites). You receive: Arkenia's Letter.
Return to Thifiell (Dark Elf Village) to complete the quest. You receive: Mark of Fate.
Tips
- Bloody Pixy and Blight Treant are not single NPCs: there are many of them in the forest and swamp around the Dark Elven Village, and any one will do.
- Take both tasks of the Shilen Circle at once: the four skull hunts are far from the Dark Elven lands, while the willow lurkers live in the swamp next to the treants.

Magister Kaira commands you to find a book called "Kaysha's Revelations", which supposedly contains the secrets of the goddess Shilen. Meet Brother Metheus in Einhasad Temple in Giran Castle Town and find out more about Alder, who produced copies of the book.

Brother Metheus asks you to help him get revenge for his sister in exchange for Alder's skull. He asks that you first find the remains of his sister by killing the Hangman Tree in the Execution Grounds.

You found the remains of Kassandra hanging on a Hangman Tree in the Execution Grounds. Take them to Brother Metheus.

Belladonna's Deadly Kiss
Brother Metheus asks you to obtain some Belladonna for him to avenge the murder of his sister. Find a Dark Elven expert in poisons to help you.

Find Master Ixia in the Town of Dion and ask him for Belladonna.

Belladonna contains 10 bloods of medusa, marsh spider fluids, dead seeker dung, tyrant's blood and nightshade root.

Take the recommendation letter to Tetrarch Thifiell in Dark Elf Village to be initiated into the Shilen Circle.

Manufacture the Special Ink
To be initiated into the Shilen Circle you must first create a special ink from red fairy dust and blight treant sap. Get the ingredients from the bloody pixy and blight treants.
The Dark Elven Tetrarch
You've been initiated into the Shilen Circle! Take Witch Arkenia's letter to Tetrarch Thifiell in Dark Elf Village.
