Sweetest Venom
Sweetest Venom is a repeatable, solo quest in Lineage 2 Scryde for characters of level 18–23. It starts with Astaron in Dark Elf Village.
Dark Elves are very fond of dreviant wine, a drink made from the venom of spiders. Astaron, a master brewer, offers to make some for you if you'll bring him the ingredients he needs.
Sweetest Venom walkthrough
The quest Sweetest Venom, for adena. Start level: 18. Start location: the village of the dark elves. Start NPC: Astaron (Astaron). No requirements. Repeatable. No race restrictions, any race can do it. Reward: 5810 adena.

The quest for adena is available from level 18 and is taken from Astaron, who stands behind the consumables shop.
Hunt Prowler (lv. 17), Venomous Spider (lv. 18), Arachnid Tracker (lv. 19) until you have:
Venom Sac ×10. Where: Spider Nest, Windmill Hill.You have to trudge to the location Spider Nest and hunt there the mobs Prowler, Poison Spider and Arachnid Tracker, from which the quest items Venom Sac drop. 10 pieces have to be knocked out. You must go to the location on a dark, dark night, so that nothing at all can be seen, and look for the mobs by touch only. You hear a stir in the bushes, throw a brick there at once; if the bush hisses and spits, it is a spider. A joke, or you will really think it is a requirement of the quest. The drop comes from the mobs in a strange way. The first dozen mobs were empty altogether, and then the items dropped exclusively from Poison Spider. I stopped beating the others at all and did the whole quest on these spiders alone.
Return to Astaron to complete the quest. Hand over:
Venom Sac ×10.We knock out 10 items, return to the start NPC and get the reward. I did not check the repeatability of the quest, as at these levels other, more important things turned up; I leave it to you to check.

Dreviant Wine
Astaron explains that dreviant wine is brewed from spider venom. He wants to use grapes imported from Gludio a while back by Trader Vollodos. He asks that you obtain 10 spider venom sacs which are the most difficult to find among the ingredients he needs. Hunt spiders in the Dark Forest and return the sacs to Astaron for a reward. Hunt Venomous Spiders, Arachnid Trackers and Prowlers.

Only a few people in the entire continent, including myself, know how to make this wine. I had the opportunity to learn this skill before Hierarch Mitraell was entrapped by that seal. Rumor has it that the Drevanul whispered into the Hierarch's ear how to make this precious wine.
Perhaps it is because the secret has been passed down from the Drevanul, but when our brothers who practice the dark arts drink this wine, their understanding of magic is heightened momentarily. Since I am not well versed in magic, I do not know if this is true or not.
In a few weeks Mr. Vollodos will be importing an order of grapes cultivated from the land of Gludio, and I plan to purchase them and try making a few bottles of Dreviant Wine for myself. The most difficult ingredient to find is the spider's poison. I may have to ask your help for that...

While travelling southwest from the village, you will encounter the Altar of Passage of the Dark Elves. There are many poison spiders living in the nearby woods. Hunt the spiders and bring me their Poison Sacs. If you bring me ten Poison Sacs, I will reward you generously.
You agreed to collect ten Poison Sacs for me, right? Have you found them all yet? Well, there's no need to rush. They say there are many poison spiders near the Altar of Passage of the Dark Elves.
So you have brought me all ten Poison Sacs. Thank you. This should be enough to make three or four bottles of the finest Dreviant Wine. When the wine ages in a few years, I will let you sample it, so don't forget and come see me again. Now, here is the compensation I promised you.
