Collecting in the Air

Collecting in the Air is a one-time, solo quest in Lineage 2 Scryde for characters of level 75+. It starts with Lekon.

Engineer Lekon of the Keucereus Alliance Base suggests you learn how to extract floating star stones since you are now qualified to fly.

Collecting in the Air walkthrough

We take the next quest from Lekon (Lekon), Collecting in the Air; it comes after Good Day to Fly. Reward: a book for learning the skill of extracting star stones (Expert Text - Star Stone Extraction Skill. Level 1).

  1. Keucereus Alliance Base. Take the quest from Engineer Lekon. You receive: Star Stone Extraction Scroll.

The dwarf gives us the scrolls Star Stone Extraction Scroll, with which we can extract star stones from the rock (we have no skill yet, after all).

  2. We fly north-east; right beyond the border of the base little blue stones flying in the air will start to come our way. For this quest the colour of the stones does not matter, the main thing is to get 8 pieces of one colour. We take a blue stone in target, fly up to it, use the scroll, hop, we got something. We collect 8 little stones and return to the alliance base, to Lekon.

  3. Talk to Engineer Lekon again. You receive: Expert Text - Star Stone Extraction Skill. Level 1.

We hand the quest in, get the book, learn it with a double click and get the skill Star Stone Gathering; right there at the NPC we raise the skill to the third level (now we can extract up to 10 Extracted Star Stones at a time, though there are dud stones too).

  4. That is all, we can set off to collect star stones. Mainly we need Extracted Red Star Stone. That is it, good luck in crafting the crystals (though what am I saying, the craft is 100%).

Now that you are authorized to fly, there's something you should know...

  • "What?"

Hmm... I'm afraid I can't share the information with someone so inexperienced. Come back when you're more seasoned.

(Only characters who are level 75 or above and have completed the "Good Day To Fly" quest may undertake this quest.)

You've already finished this mission. Collect Star Stones in the sky and they will be useful to our cause.

(You have already completed this quest.)

Do you know what powers the Airships? It's ancient Giant technology. But you need Star Stones to power, maintain and repair a Airship. They can only be found in the skies of Gracia. It's not easy to collect these stones, especially since they tend to attract some rather nasty monsters. But don't you think they're worth the risk, given their rarity and value?

I think you've got all the makings of a fine Star Stone collector, actually. What do you say? Will you do it?

  • Say yes.

It would be easier if I went with you, but unfortunately I'm far too busy. I've prepared this Star Stone Collection Scroll to help beginners like you. Use it near a target and you'll do fine. It's not cheap, though, so I hope you'll learn the collection skill while using it.

Your task is to bring me 8 of the following Extracted Star Stones- either 8 Extracted Coarse Red Star Stones, 8 Extracted Coarse Blue Star Stones, or 8 Extracted Coarse Green Star Stones using the Star Stone Collection Scrolls.

These star stones can be found in the skies around the Keucereus Alliance Base and on the paths to the Seeds and the Aerial Cleft. Good luck!

You haven't left yet? Hurry and collect 8 Crude Red Star Stone Extraction Stones, Crude Blue Star Stone Extraction Stones or Crude Green Star Stone Extraction Stones using the Star Stone Collection Scroll I gave you. Go on!

Huh! This isn't enough! Didn't I ask you to collect 8 Crude Red Star Stone Extraction Stones, Crude Blue Star Stone Extraction Stones or Crude Green Star Stone Extraction Stones? Don't come back until you have completed the assignment!

Excellent! For a beginner, you've done very well. I guess this proves that you learned the collection skill after all. Congratulations! These are very valuable, so collect as many as possible.
