Saga of the Dominator

Saga of the Dominator is a one-time, solo quest in Lineage 2 Interlude for characters of level 76+. It starts with Rahorakti in The Pagan Temple.

If an Overlord is a King, then what is a King but one who seizes the authority to rule?

Saga of the Dominator walkthrough

The third class transfer for a Overlord: this saga turns the character into a Dominator at level 76. Like every saga it is a long pilgrimage across the continent. Your allies here are Wahkan and Donath, the route runs past six Tablets of Vision, and the three fights are against Overlord Atrus, Archon of Halisha and Death Lord Hallate.

Allies and the first amulet

  1. Rune Township. Find Grand Seer Rahorakti in the temple and take the quest.

  2. Ketra Orc Outpost (teleport from Town of Goddard). Talk to Ketra's Messenger Wahkan.

  3. Hot Springs (teleport from Town of Goddard). Talk to Master Chef Donath.

    He asks for Ice Crystal.

  4. Ice Crystal is the reward of the repeatable quest The Finest Ingredients - Part 1, which Jeremy gives at the Hot Springs.

  5. Talk to Master Chef Donath again. You receive: Bitter Cold Vodka.

  6. Ketra Orc Outpost (teleport from Town of Goddard). Return to Ketra's Messenger Wahkan. You receive: Resonance Amulet - 1.

First three tablets

  1. Plains of Glory. Talk to Tablet of Vision.

  2. Valley of Saints (teleport from Rune Township). Hunt Guardian of Forbidden Knowledge (lv. 76) until you have: Resonance Amulet - 2.

    The guardians stand around the second tablet. Keep killing them until one leaves the amulet.

  3. Talk to Tablet of Vision.

  4. Pilgrim's Temple. Talk to Tablet of Vision.

    Touching the third tablet calls Overlord Atrus. The monster stays only for a short time, so be ready to fight before you talk.

  5. Kill Overlord Atrus (lv. 76) to get: Resonance Amulet - 3.

  6. Return to Tablet of Vision.

Divine Stone and the fourth tablet

  1. Town of Goddard. Find Seer Skahi in the Orc Guild.

    Choose whom to help, the Ketra orcs or the Varka Silenos. Either way you must bring Divine Stone of Wisdom: the Ketra messenger Wahkan gives it for the quest Magical Power of Water - Part 1, the Varka messenger Naran Ashanuk for Magical Power of Fire - Part 1. Both quests need an alliance of level 2 or higher with that side.

  2. Talk to Seer Skahi again. You receive: Resonance Amulet - 4.

  3. Monastery of Silence (teleport from Town of Goddard). Talk to Tablet of Vision.

Halisha's minions and the last tablets

  1. Town of Goddard. Return to Seer Skahi in the Orc Guild.

  2. Shrine of Loyalty. Hunt Grave Scarab (lv. 73), Scavenger Scarab (lv. 73), Grave Ant (lv. 74), Scavenger Ant (lv. 74), Shrine Knight (lv. 75), Shrine Guard (lv. 75) until you have: Halisha's Mark ×700.

    With 700 marks in the bag the next kills bring out Archon of Halisha, who attacks you at once. A faster way for a strong party is to kill an Archon of Halisha inside the Four Sepulchers: it counts as well.

  3. Kill Archon of Halisha (lv. 76) to get: Resonance Amulet - 5.

  4. Wall of Argos (teleport from Town of Goddard). Talk to Tablet of Vision.

  5. Forest of the Dead (teleport from Rune Township). Talk to Tablet of Vision.

    At the sixth tablet Death Lord Hallate appears together with Flame Successor Akkan. Attack the monster until it withdraws, then talk to Flame Successor Akkan: the last amulet comes from that conversation.

  6. Talk to Tablet of Vision again.

    You must have Resonance Amulet - 6 from the previous step to commune with the tablet.

  7. Rune Township. Return to Grand Seer Rahorakti in the temple to complete the quest.

Tips

  • Collect Ice Crystal and Divine Stone of Wisdom before you start: both come from side quests, and with them in the bag the saga is one continuous trip.
  • The marks are counted per character, but monsters of the Shrine of Loyalty die much faster in a party, and several players can collect at the same time.
  • The class changes in the final talk with Rahorakti, so come back at level 76 or higher.

Quest journal

  1. The Pilgrimage Begins

    King's successors have disappeared! One of them, Wahkan, has been discovered in the Ketra Orc Outpost. Why did he meet the Hierarch of the betrayer Orcs? Meet Wahkan and find out what happened.

  2. Find the Legendary Dish

    Wahkan will tell you where Akkan is if you bring him some bitter cold vodka, the nectar of the Orcs! Chef Donath knows how to make it. Visit him and ask him to make it for you.

  3. Searching for Ingredients

    Chef Donath needs ice crystals to make bitter cold vodka. You can get some ice crystals if you do what Chef Jeremy asks.

  4. Completed Dish

    Chef Donath makes you the bitter cold vodka. He said it is of slightly lower quality than the real stuff, but should be good enough. Take it to Ketra's Messenger Wahkan.

  5. The First Communion

    Akkan is on the pilgrimage of the king. You've got the Stone of Commune to track him down. Commune with the Tablet of Vision that is just south of the Tower of Insolence.

  6. Guardians of the Stone of Commune

    The Guardians of Forbidden Knowledge near the Tablet of Vision have the second Stone of Commune. Destroy them and take their Stone of Commune.

    You've got the Stone of Commune from the Guardians of Forbidden Knowledge. Commune with the Tablet of Vision.

    After communing with the second tablet, you feel Overlord Atrus of the Gandi Tribe is waiting for you at the third tablet. But, he is no longer an Overlord. Read all you can about him and get ready for a vicious battle.

  9. The Third Communion

    You've defeated Overlord Atrus and taken the Stone of Commune. His obsession with control caused him to accept the blood of a ruler. He was no king, but a mere usurper.

  10. A Time to Choose

    Seer Skahi in the Town of Goddard has the fourth Stone of Commune. Visit him and get the fourth Stone of Commune.

    To get the Divine Stone of Wisdom, you must gain the trust of the Ketra Orcs. Speak with Wahkan, their messenger.

  14. Meet Skahi

    The fifth Stone of Commune was in the hands of Seer Skahi as predicted. Meet him and ask him about the fifth Stone of Commune.

  15. Halisha's Minions

    The Archon of Halisha has the fifth Stone of Commune. Lure the archon out by attacking his minions in the Shrine of Loyalty or attack him inside the Imperial Tomb.

  16. The Fifth Communion

    You've got the fifth Stone of Commune. Now head to the fifth tablet. It is in the northwestern corner of the Wall of Argos.

    During the fifth communion, you see an image of an old ruler. He ruled his people with an iron fist and never showed them the slightest compassion. He was a tyrant, not a king.     Successor of Flame Akkan said he didn't want to be that kind of king and handed over the Stone of Commune. Use it to perform the sixth communion.
