Blinding Blow
Blinding Blow is an active skill in Lineage 2 C5: Oath of Blood with 10 levels. It is learned by Plains Walker and Abyss Walker.
While attempting a powerful attack on the enemy's vital areas, it causes the enemy to show his/her back. Temporarily increases one's Speed greatly. Instant kill is possible. Can be used when a dagger is equipped. Power 2751.
