Egg Delivery
Egg Delivery is a repeatable, solo quest in Lineage 2 C5: Oath of Blood for characters of level 68–73. It starts with Jeremy in Hot Springs.
Chef Jeremy is looking for someone to deliver boiled eggs to his customers.
Egg Delivery walkthrough
A simple way to earn some adena, many people make decent money on exactly this. It is best to do the quests with a Treasure Hunter, under stealth and dash they are done very quickly, but with my dwarf girl it does not take me much longer. All the quests for the recipes of S-grade jewelry are taken from Jeremy in Hot Springs and done right there. It is convenient to do two quests together: Egg Delivery and Specialty Liquor Delivery. The point is to deliver eggs and liquor to five gnomes in different parts of Hot Springs. The gnomes are the same, they stand in the multicoloured pools, but the order of delivery differs. The reward for a delivery is either adena and a little bottle for running, or recipes of TT jewelry:
Recipe: Sealed Tateossian Earring (70%),
Recipe: Sealed Tateossian Ring(70%) or
Recipe: Sealed Tateossian Necklace(70%). The quest is repeatable, for levels 68–73; nothing has to be killed, but the springs are full of aggressive monsters.
Hot Springs (teleport from Town of Goddard). Take the quest from Chef Jeremy. You receive:
Boiled Eggs for Delivery ×5.He stands by the tents at the entrance. There are several ways to run, I usually do it like this: the first gnome, Beolin, stands in the pool behind Jeremy (he gets the liquor of the second quest at once), then back past Jeremy up the road to the aggressive mobs.
Talk to Pulin. Hand over:
Boiled Eggs for Delivery. You receive:
Fee of Boiled Egg.We run straight along the path to Pulin. This is the north-east part of the springs.
Talk to Naff. Hand over:
Boiled Eggs for Delivery. You receive:
Fee of Boiled Egg.From him a 90-degree turn to the right, we jump down, and Naff stands in the second pool by count. This is the middle of the springs.
Talk to Crocus. Hand over:
Boiled Eggs for Delivery. You receive:
Fee of Boiled Egg.From him we run out still further onto the road where there are no mobs, and run along it until we see the next pool on the right behind a hill; past it we run to the left to Crocus. This is the west side, at a fork of the road.
Talk to Kuber. Hand over:
Boiled Eggs for Delivery. You receive:
Fee of Boiled Egg.And a little aside on the right is the last gnome, Kuber (north-west, higher up, in the middle of a glade). We hand him both items (that is, press both quests in turn).
Talk to Beolin. Hand over:
Boiled Eggs for Delivery. You receive:
Fee of Boiled Egg.And we return the same way, handing the items of the second quest to the gnomes: Crocus, Naff, Pulin, Beolin. If you cannot climb the hill at the place where you jumped down, run through the tunnel a little to the left, after the tunnel go right and up to Pulin, then back past Jeremy to Beolin. He is in the north of the springs, and the last egg goes to him.
Return to Chef Jeremy. Hand over:
Fee of Boiled Egg ×5.And we go to hand both quests in to Jeremy.
Town of Goddard. Find Brewer Valentine in the magic shop to complete the quest.
The chef has no money and sends you to the brewer in Goddard for the wages. And we get not a recipe at all but all sorts of rubbish )). Never mind, it is not always like that, and in the end you will be lucky.
Tips
- Attention! On different servers the names of the gnomes may be mixed up, but the way from pool to pool is exactly the one I described here, so you may ignore the names and simply run and do the quest by this route.
- The latest know-how personally from me: on a test of one of the Java builds I noticed that the reuse of the summoners' skill "summon friend" is practically instant, so why not make use of it? I quickly levelled 5 little horses, placed them in the pools, take the quest from Jeremy and start summoning myself. The whole quest takes only 4 minutes this way, even though the quests had to be handed in in Goddard. The only recommendation: write in the summoners' titles the name of the gnome in whose pool the summoner stands, and rebuild the party so that all the summoners go in order, so as not to get confused. You can also put a piece of paper in front of you with the gnomes' names in the sequence the quest needs.
- The recipe is not guaranteed: most deliveries are paid with adena and
Haste Potion. The quest can be taken again at once, so the recipe is a matter of repetitions. - The monsters of the springs infect you with diseases that raise some stats and lower others. Run past them instead of fighting: the gnomes are visited in a fixed order and each one takes a single egg.
