The last Noblesse quest is a formality, but it needs a subclass of level 75. Caradine sends you to the Lady of the Lake, and one conversation later the character is a Noblesse.

Have
Caradine's Letter from the previous quest with you; Caradine teleports you to the meeting place.Talk to Lady of the Lake to complete the quest. You receive:
Noblesse Tiara.
