Make Formal Wear

Make Formal Wear is a one-time, solo quest in Lineage 2 C4: Scions of Destiny for characters of level 60+. It starts with Alexis in Town of Aden.

You visited Alexis to have some formal wear made, but learned that her maid, Leikar, makes it better than she does. Go and see Leikar.

Make Formal Wear walkthrough

The quest for Formal Wear, the outfit worn at weddings. It opens at level 60 in Aden and is a long shopping list rather than an adventure: a maid sews the dress, three craftsmen make the cloth, the jewels and the sewing kit, and a fourth makes the shoes. Each of the four is a small quest of its own, so five quests end in one reward.

Cookies for the maid

  1. Town of Aden. Take the quest from Trader Alexis.

  2. Find Maid Leikar on the square. You receive: Signet Ring.

    The ring is what the four craftsmen ask to see before they start. Keep it until the very end.

  3. Hot Springs (teleport from Town of Goddard). Talk to Chef Jeremy. You receive: Luxury Wine.

  4. Talk to Information Broker Mist. Hand over: Luxury Wine.

    He soaks in one of the pools a short walk from the chef.

  5. Return to Chef Jeremy. You receive: Box of Cookies.

  6. Town of Aden. Return to Maid Leikar on the square. Hand over: Box of Cookies.

Cloth, jewels and a sewing kit

  1. Now the maid waits for three parcels, and each is a quest: In Search of Cloth gives Mysterious Cloth, Find Glittering Jewelry gives Jewel Box and Make a Sewing Kit gives Sewing kit. Take all three at once: their hunts and materials do not overlap.

  2. Return to Maid Leikar on the square. Hand over: Mysterious Cloth, Jewel Box, Sewing kit.

Shoes and the finished outfit

  1. The last errand is Make a pair of dress shoes: the trader Woodley in the same town makes Dress Shoe Box.

  2. Return to Maid Leikar on the square to complete the quest. Hand over: Dress Shoe Box. You receive: Formal Wear.

Tips

  • Materials for the whole chain: 5,600 × Thread, 3,000 × Suede, 200 × Leather, 500 × Silver Nugget, 15 × Oriharukon, 150 × Thons, 10 × Artisan's Frame and 500,000 adena. Buying them in advance turns the chain into one evening of travel.
  • The three hunts are for monsters of level 40–46, far below the level of the quest, so they can be done solo by any class.
  • Private servers with a wedding system usually ask both partners to wear Formal Wear at the ceremony, so each of them does the chain.

    Leikar says she ordered the materials for the formal wear, but they've not yet been delivered and she asks you to check on them. Ask Blacksmith Ferris in Aden Castle Town about the sewing kit, Radia in Giran Castle Town about the fabrics, Ellie in Giran Castle Town about the gems.
