Dig Up the Sea of Spores! is a repeatable, solo quest in Lineage 2 C3: Rise of Darkness for characters of level 43+. It starts with Gauen in Ivory Tower.

Dig Up the Sea of Spores! walkthrough

A repeatable quest of the Ivory Tower, levels 43 to 51: adena and experience.

Ivory Tower. Find Magister Gauen on the Elven floor of the tower and take the quest.
Magister Gauen on the third floor of the Ivory Tower; go through the whole conversation and agree to help.
Sea of Spores (teleport from Town of Oren). Hunt Rotting tree (lv. 43), Spore Zombie (lv. 47) until you have: Herbivorous Spore ×50, Carnivore Spore ×50.
In the Sea of Spores Rotting Trees and Spore Zombies give fifty herbivorous and fifty carnivorous spores.
Ivory Tower. Return to Magister Gauen on the Elven floor of the tower to complete the quest. Hand over: Herbivorous Spore ×50, Carnivore Spore ×50.
The reward depends on the answer: if you complain that he does not even look at the spores, you get 44,000 experience; if you simply put the pouches down, 45,500 experience and 2,600 adena.
