The quest is open from level 50+.

Step 1 – Spirit Beads. Blacksmith Wilbert in Aden gives the quest. To sit down to the game you need Spirit Beads — get them in the Cemetery (Spiteful Ghost of Ruins, Soldier of Grief, Cruel Punisher, Roving Soul, Tortured Undead), the Ancient Battleground (Ghostly Warrior, Hungered Corpse, Dark Guard, Death Agent, Nihil Invader, Bloody Lord, Bloody Priest, Bloody Knight, Bloody Ghost) and the Fields of Massacre (Doom Scout, Doom Servant, Doom Guard, Doom Archer, Doom Trooper, Doom Warrior, Doom Knight, Wretched Archer, Spiteful Soul Leader, Spiteful Soul Wizard, Spiteful Soul Fighter), collecting Spirit Bead , and go back to Wilbert to play.

Reward: a card game — one round costs 50 beads; 5 wins in a row give Adena (388000) and a random 60% B-grade weapon recipe of your choice.
