Willie's Special Bait

Willie's Special Bait is a one-time, party quest in Lineage 2 Scryde for characters of level 48–50. It starts with Willie in Town of Oren.

Fishing Guild Member Willie of Oren asks you to bring him the ingredients he needs to make his special bait. It doesn't catch fish, it doesn't make you popular, but it does find treasure chests!

The Oren fisherman's quest for special lures; they are needed for Chest Caught with a Bait of Earth.

Town of Oren. Take the quest from Fishing Guild Member Willie.
The fisherman in the grocery store of Oren wants a hundred eyes of Tarlk basilisks.
Outlaw Forest (teleport from Town of Oren). Hunt Tarlk Basilisk (lv. 50), Elder Tarlk Basilisk (lv. 51) until you have: Eye of Tarlk Basilisk ×100.
Hunt both kinds of Tarlk basilisks in the Outlaw Forest.
Town of Oren. Return to Fishing Guild Member Willie to complete the quest. Hand over: Eye of Tarlk Basilisk ×100. You receive: Earth Fishing Lure ×4.
The fisherman pays with four earth lures for Chest Caught with a Bait of Earth.

I think you're ready for the big time, my friend! I suggest you try this bait made of Tarlk basilisk's eyes! It pulls the most incredible things from the deep! It's one of the most powerful of my products! It uses the power of the spirit of the land! Will you bring the materials I need to make it for you?
What is it for anyways?

Hi, traveler! Have you ever been fishing? You'll find it much more relaxing than the life of a soldier! Why don't you come back and let me teach you to fish when you have the time. It won't be free, but your fishing skill should be exactly level 16.
(This quest may only be undertaken by characters of level 48 or above.)

The powers of attraction of elements lie within the elements themselves. The elements are wind, ice, land and flame. Me and some of my buddies at the guild have figured out how to make bait from the elements! I use the power of land.
To use it, you must travel all the way to the Outlaw Forest in Oren. There you'll find Tarlk basilisks, a middle-level spirits of land. Bring me 100 Tarlk basilisks' eyes. I'll make a very special bait for you.
