Rovia

What Rovia says

I am Magister Rovia.

This area shares a border with Elmore, so naturally it shares many similarities with that war-torn land. It's like night and day compared with our Elven homeland, don't you think?

The houses here are rough and rambling, and the men don't understand subtlety at all. They say it's even worse across the border in Elmore. The Elves there must have such a hard time of it...

In the dialog: Learn skills.Ask about Skill Enchanting.
