Peregrine

What Peregrine says

You have done well coming up here.

This is the border between the Hills of Gold and Mimir's Forest; once you pass this place you will face powerful monsters in Mimir's Forest.

Also, inside here is the Nornil's Garden, the Nornil's Cave and Kamael Village Harbor.

In the dialog: View information on the local lord and tax rate.
