Ossian

Ossian is an NPC in Lineage 2 Scryde, found in Town of Goddard.

What Ossian says

The corrupt and wicked condition of this world fills my heart with despair. Noble aspirations, ideals, virtue... do those words have meaning any more?
But there are still some who won't give up on their faith in Humans, so I'll hold onto my own hope as well. Do you keep the faith?
