Daeger

Daeger, Blueprint Seller, is an NPC in Lineage 2 Scryde, found in Town of Giran.

What Daeger says

Only Dwarven technology could give life to a machine made from steel and wood. The essence of that extraordinary skill is the blueprint. But since you no longer need to possess a blueprint to obtain the skill, I don't think you'd be interested in looking at it.
