    The Head Summoner Galatea thinks that one of the reasons the southern area of Gludio is in ruin is because the balance of fairy energy has been disrupted. She is researching possible causes.

    Help her efforts by defeating the mad wind fairies on Windy Hill and collecting the last sighs of the fairies.
