Saga of the Trickster

Saga of the Trickster is a one-time, solo quest in Lineage 2 High Five for characters of level 76+. It starts with Kekropus in Kamael Village.

As an Arbalester, you have learned when to unearth and when to preserve secrets. Now it is time to find the true secret of the Kamael.

Walkthrough

The third class transfer for a Arbalester: this saga turns the character into a Trickster at level 76. Like every saga it is a long pilgrimage across the continent. Your allies here are Justin and Stefano, the route runs past six Tablets of Vision, and the three fights are against Crimson Duchess, Archon of Halisha and Dark Angel Othiel.

Allies and the first amulet

  1. Start the quest with Kekropus (Kamael Village).

  2. Talk to Justin (Town of Goddard).

  3. Talk to Stefano (Town of Goddard).

    He asks for Ice Crystal.

  4. Ice Crystal is the reward of the repeatable quest The Finest Ingredients - Part 1, which Jeremy gives at the Hot Springs.

  5. Return to Stefano (Town of Goddard). You receive: Frozen Cell Samples.

  6. Return to Justin (Town of Goddard). You receive: Resonance Amulet - 1.

First three tablets

  1. Talk to Tablet of Vision (Plains of Glory).

  2. Hunt Guardian of Forbidden Knowledge (lv. 76) until you have: Resonance Amulet - 2. Where: Monastery of Silence.

    The guardians stand around the second tablet. Keep killing them until one leaves the amulet.

  3. Talk to Tablet of Vision (Valley of Saints).

  4. Talk to Tablet of Vision (Borderland Fortress).

    Touching the third tablet calls Crimson Duchess. The monster stays only for a short time, so be ready to fight before you talk.

  5. Kill Crimson Duchess (lv. 76) to get: Resonance Amulet - 3.

  6. Return to Tablet of Vision (Borderland Fortress).

Divine Stone and the fourth tablet

  1. Talk to Medea (Town of Goddard).

    Choose whom to help, the Ketra orcs or the Varka Silenos. Either way you must bring Divine Stone of Wisdom: the Ketra messenger Wahkan gives it for the quest Magical Power of Water - Part 1, the Varka messenger Naran Ashanuk for Magical Power of Fire - Part 1. Both quests need an alliance of level 2 or higher with that side.

  2. Return to Medea (Town of Goddard). You receive: Resonance Amulet - 4.

  3. Talk to Tablet of Vision (Garden of Beasts).

Halisha's minions and the last tablets

  1. Talk to Alminas (Town of Goddard).

  2. Hunt Grave Scarab (lv. 73), Scavenger Scarab (lv. 73), Grave Ant (lv. 74), Scavenger Ant (lv. 74), Shrine Knight (lv. 75), Shrine Guard (lv. 75) until you have: Halisha's Mark ×700. Where: Shrine of Loyalty.

    With 700 marks in the bag the next kills bring out Archon of Halisha, who attacks you at once. A faster way for a strong party is to kill an Archon of Halisha inside the Four Sepulchers: it counts as well.

  3. Kill Archon of Halisha (lv. 76) to get: Resonance Amulet - 5.

  4. Talk to Tablet of Vision (Borderland Fortress).

  5. Talk to Tablet of Vision (Hunters Village).

    At the sixth tablet Dark Angel Othiel appears together with Rodenpicula. Attack the monster until it withdraws, then talk to Rodenpicula: the last amulet comes from that conversation.

  6. Return to Tablet of Vision (Hunters Village).

    You must have Resonance Amulet - 6 from the previous step to commune with the tablet.

  7. Return to Kekropus (Kamael Village) to complete the quest.

Tips

  • Collect Ice Crystal and Divine Stone of Wisdom before you start: both come from side quests, and with them in the bag the saga is one continuous trip.
  • The marks are counted per character, but monsters of the Shrine of Loyalty die much faster in a party, and several players can collect at the same time.
  • The class changes in the final talk with Kekropus, so come back at level 76 or higher.

  1. The Pilgrimage Begins

    The Resonance Amulet needed to communicate with the first Tablet of Vision is rumored to be in the possession of Magister Justin in the Town of Goddard. Why does he have it? Visit him immediately to learn more.

As Justin says, let's ask about the cell tissues to Warehouse Keeper Stefano.

  3. Cooling Preservative

    Warehouse Keeper Stefano has arranged the cell tissues for the life energy research by Justin's request, but is reluctant to deliver since they are very fragile and highly perishable. According to Stefano, cells are available to be delivered using pasteurization when the ice crystals are obtained.

    One can produce ice crystals when granting a request of Chef Jeremy in the nearby hot springs.

    Warehouse Keeper Stefano pasteurized the cell tissues using ice crystals. Now bring the cell tissues to Justin.

  5. The First Communion

    You have traded the Cellular Tissues to Magister Justin for the Resonance Amulet. The Tablet of Vision that corresponds to this amulet is located south of the Tower of Insolence. Hurry there!

  6. Guardians of the Resonance Amulet

    According to the vision you received from first Tablet of Vision, a hostile creature near the next tablet has the second Resonance Amulet. Eliminate the creature and obtain the amulet.

  7. The Second Communion

    You have obtained the second Resonance Amulet. Use it to communicate with the second Tablet of Vision.

  8. Pilgrims of Evil

    Beleth also seems to be interested in the Tablet of Vision and is collecting Resonance Amulets through his minion, The Crimson Duchess. According to the vision you received from the second Tablet, The Crimson Duchess has the third Resonance Amulet in her possession. Find her southeast of the Tablet near the Ketra Orc Outpost and retrieve the amulet.

  9. The Third Communion

    You've defeated the Crimson Duchess, a minion of Beleth, and obtained the third Resonance Amulet. Did the Crimson Duchess try to communicate with the Tablet through the Resonance Amulet? Communicate with the third Tablet of Vision.

    According to the Tablet, the female Kamael Master, Medea, has the next Resonance Amulet. You will find her in Goddard.

    You have obtained the fourth Resonance Amulet. Use it to communicate with the fourth Tablet of Vision.

  14. Magister Alminas

    Magister Alminas in Goddard Castle Town has the fifth Resonance Amulet. Meet him and ask him about the Resonance Amulet.

  15. Halisha's Minions

    The fifth Resonance Amulet is in the possession of the Archon of Halisha. Fight his minions in the Shrine of Loyalty to bring him out to face you, or enter the Imperial Tomb and eliminate the Archon of Halisha directly.

  16. The Fifth Communion

    You have obtained the fifth Resonance Amulet. Use it to communicate with the fifth Tablet of Vision, which is on the northwest edge of the Wall of Argos.

  17. White Threat

    The vision you received was of a battle between a white-winged messenger of the gods and a creature who looked like a female Kamael Warrior. You sense that she has the next Resonance Amulet. Go to the southeast Tablet of Vision in the Hunters Village and the help her.

  18. The Sixth Communion

    Rodenpicula, one of three Kamael heroes who defeated Darkpower Othiel, has given you her Resonance Amulet; she has left in pursuit of Othiel. Hurry and use the amulet to communicate with the Sixth Tablet.

  19. Truth of the Kamael

    Before she departed, Rodenpicula told you a shocking story; she says that the Kamael were originally created by the Giants as a weapon against the gods. Return to Hierarch Kekropus and report your findings.

  20. Requirements for Cleass Transfer

    Your ability to learn the necessary knowledge from the Tablet of Vision seems to be insufficient. Keep acquiring experience; when you reach level 76, visit Hierarch Kekropus to complete the class trasnfer.
