Saga of the Fortune Seeker

Saga of the Fortune Seeker is a one-time, solo quest in Lineage 2 High Five for characters of level 76+. It starts with Mond in Rune Township.

The legendary grail of splendor symbolizes the knowledge of the gods. It's part of the absolute geometry that Dwarven Centurions have long sought. This knowledge allows one to become a Fortune Seeker, controlling wealth and destiny!

Saga of the Fortune Seeker walkthrough

The third class transfer for a Bounty Hunter: this saga turns the character into a Fortune Seeker at level 76. Like every saga it is a long pilgrimage across the continent. Your allies here are Pamela Aprodia and Bavarin, the route runs past six Tablets of Vision, and the three fights are against Archangel Iconoclasis, Archon of Halisha and Minervia Van Hacken.

Allies and the first amulet

  1. Rune Township. Find Chief Inspector Mond on the square and take the quest.

  2. Town of Goddard. Find Pamela Aprodia in the warehouse.

  3. Hot Springs (teleport from Town of Goddard). Talk to Information Broker Bavarin.

    He asks for Ice Crystal.

  4. Ice Crystal is the reward of the repeatable quest The Finest Ingredients - Part 1, which Jeremy gives at the Hot Springs.

  5. Talk to Information Broker Bavarin again. You receive: Sealed Envelope.

  6. Town of Goddard. Return to Pamela Aprodia in the warehouse. You receive: Resonance Amulet - 1.

First three tablets

  1. Plains of Glory. Talk to Tablet of Vision.

  2. Monastery of Silence (teleport from Town of Goddard). Hunt Guardian of Forbidden Knowledge (lv. 76) until you have: Resonance Amulet - 2.

    The guardians stand around the second tablet. Keep killing them until one leaves the amulet.

  3. Valley of Saints (teleport from Rune Township). Talk to Tablet of Vision.

  4. Shrine of Loyalty. Talk to Tablet of Vision.

    Touching the third tablet calls Archangel Iconoclasis. The monster stays only for a short time, so be ready to fight before you talk.

  5. Kill Archangel Iconoclasis (lv. 76) to get: Resonance Amulet - 3.

  6. Return to Tablet of Vision.

Divine Stone and the fourth tablet

  1. Town of Goddard. Return to Pamela Aprodia in the warehouse.

    Choose whom to help, the Ketra orcs or the Varka Silenos. Either way you must bring Divine Stone of Wisdom: the Ketra messenger Wahkan gives it for the quest Magical Power of Water - Part 1, the Varka messenger Naran Ashanuk for Magical Power of Fire - Part 1. Both quests need an alliance of level 2 or higher with that side.

  2. Talk to Pamela Aprodia again. You receive: Resonance Amulet - 4.

  3. Garden of Beasts. Talk to Tablet of Vision.

Halisha's minions and the last tablets

  1. Town of Goddard. Return to Pamela Aprodia in the warehouse.

  2. Shrine of Loyalty. Hunt Grave Scarab (lv. 73), Scavenger Scarab (lv. 73), Grave Ant (lv. 74), Scavenger Ant (lv. 74), Shrine Knight (lv. 75), Shrine Guard (lv. 75) until you have: Halisha's Mark ×700.

    With 700 marks in the bag the next kills bring out Archon of Halisha, who attacks you at once. A faster way for a strong party is to kill an Archon of Halisha inside the Four Sepulchers: it counts as well.

  3. Kill Archon of Halisha (lv. 76) to get: Resonance Amulet - 5.

  4. Borderland Fortress. Talk to Tablet of Vision.

  5. Rune Harbor. Talk to Tablet of Vision.

    At the sixth tablet Minervia Van Hacken appears together with Pamela Aprodia. Attack the monster until it withdraws, then talk to Pamela Aprodia: the last amulet comes from that conversation.

  6. Talk to Tablet of Vision again.

    You must have Resonance Amulet - 6 from the previous step to commune with the tablet.

  7. Rune Township. Return to Chief Inspector Mond on the square to complete the quest.

Tips

  • Collect Ice Crystal and Divine Stone of Wisdom before you start: both come from side quests, and with them in the bag the saga is one continuous trip.
  • The marks are counted per character, but monsters of the Shrine of Loyalty die much faster in a party, and several players can collect at the same time.
  • The class changes in the final talk with Mond, so come back at level 76 or higher.

    You've heard that Pamela Aprodia, an agent for the Silver Scale Guild, is currently researching the Tablet of Vision. Go to the Town of Goddard and meet with her.

    Bavarin, a Dwarven information broker, supposedly has detailed information regarding the Tablet of Vision. Meet him in the Hot Springs area.

    Bavarin will tell you more about the Tablet of Vision if you bring him an Ice Crystal. Chef Jeremy can tell you how to get one.

  4. Return to the Town of Goddard

    Take the documents you received from Bavarin to Pamela Aprodia in the Town of Goddard.

  5. Find the Tablet of Vision

    You've discovered the location of the first Tablet of Vision that contains the sacred knowledge needed to become a Fortune Seeker. Take the Resonance Amulet to the Tablet of Vision and obtain the knowledge!

    You've communed with the first Tablet of Vision and also found the second Resonance Amulet! Slay the Guardians of Forbidden Knowledge and obtain the Resonance Amulet!

    You've obtained the second Resonance Amulet! Now, try communing with the Tablet of Vision.

    You've communed with the second Tablet of Vision! The next Resonance Amulet seems to be located very close to the third Tablet of Vision. Go there and obtain the Resonance Amulet.

    You've obtained the third Resonance Amulet. Now, try to commune with the Tablet of Vision.

  10. The Fourth Resonance Amulet

    You've communed with the third Tablet of Vision! Now you must know where the fourth Resonance Amulet is located. Go there.

  11. Divine Stone of Wisdom

    In order to obtain the fourth Resonance Amulet, you must first obtain the Divine Stone of Wisdom which is currently possessed by the Ketra Orcs' Chief Shaman. First, meet with their messenger and form an alliance. Once you earn the trust of Ketra Orcs, you'll be able to obtain their Divine Stone of Wisdom.

  12. Divine Stone of Wisdom

    In order to obtain the fourth Resonance Amulet, you must first obtain the Divine Stone of Wisdom which is currently possessed by the Varka Silenos' Chief Shaman. First, meet with the Varka Silenos' Messenger and form an alliance with them. Once you earn the trust of the Varka Silenos, you'll be able to obtain their Divine Stone of Wisdom.

  13. The Fourth Tablet of Vision

    You've obtained the Resonance Amulet! Now, go to the fourth Tablet of Vision and attempt to commune with it.

  14. The Fifth Resonance Amulet

    It seems like Pamela Aprodia has the fifth Resonance Amulet. Go meet with her.

  15. The Fifth Resonance Amulet

    The fifth Resonance Amulet is currently owned by the Archon of Halisha. In order to find that evil creature, you must either enter the Four Sepulchers in the deepest part of the Imperial Tomb or go to the Shrine of Loyalty in the northeastern part of the Wall of Argos and start killing his minions there. Either way, you must kill the Archon of Halisha and obtain the Resonance Amulet.

  16. The Fifth Tablet of Vision

    You've obtained the fifth Resonance Amulet! Now, go to the Tablet of Vision and try communing with it.

  17. The Sixth Resonance Amulet

    The sixth Resonance Amulet seems to be located near the last Tablet of Vision. However, someone seems to have already gotten a hold of it. Hurry to the last Tablet of Vision!

    Finally, you've obtained the sixth Resonance Amulet! Now try communing with the last Tablet of Vision.

  19. Become a Fortune Seeker

    You've completed communing with the last Tablet of Vision. With this, you've acquired all the sacred knowledge required to become a Fortune Seeker. Return to Chief Inspector Mond in the Rune Township.

  20. Become a Fortune Seeker

    By communing with the last Tablet of Vision, you've acquired all the sacred knowledge you need to possess to become a Fortune Seeker. However, since your level is lower than 76, you can't transfer to that class yet. After you raise your level, go meet with Chief Inspector Mond in the Rune Township.
