Path of the Scavenger
Path of the Scavenger is a one-time, solo quest in Lineage 2 High Five for characters of level 18+. It starts with Pippi in Dwarven Village.
Master Toma, teacher of the way of scavenger, is missing! You must find him!
Walkthrough
The first class transfer for a Dwarven Fighter who becomes a Scavenger and later a Bounty Hunter. The hard part is finding Master Toma, who moves between three places, and then using Spoil for the first time in earnest: both of his tasks give items only through Spoil.
Start the quest with Pippi (Dwarven Village). You receive: Pippi's Letter of Recommendation.
Talk to Mion (Dwarven Village).
Mion sends you with deliveries to shops of the Dwarven Village: Bronk, Shari or Zimenf. Carry each parcel, return with the payment and repeat until she writes Mion's Letter.
Talk to Toma (Spine Mountains). You receive: Bear Picture.
Toma stands in one of three spots and changes it from time to time: by the Abandoned Coal Mines east of the village, at the eastern edge of the dwarven lands and on the northern coast.
Hunt Hunter Bear (lv. 14). Where: Western Mining Zone.
Killed bears sometimes call a Honey Bear. Cast Spoil on it, kill it and use Sweeper: that is the only way to get Honey Jar. You need 5.
Return to Toma (Spine Mountains). You receive: Tarantula Picture.
Hunt Hunter Tarantula (lv. 16), Plunder Tarantula (lv. 17) until you have: Bead ×20. Where: Spine Mountains.
The beads also come only through Spoil and Sweeper.
Return to Toma (Spine Mountains). You receive: Bead Parcel.
Pick the delivery to Gludin to follow the steps below.
Talk to Raut (Gludin Village). You receive: Raut's Teleport Scroll.
Talk to Torai (Dragon Valley). You receive: Succubus Undies.
Return to Raut (Gludin Village) to complete the quest. You receive: Ring of Raven.
Tips
- Schuttgart route: at the last talk with Toma choose the nearer friend and carry the beads to Yasheni in Schuttgart. It skips the trip to Dragon Valley and gives the same Ring of Raven.
- Torai waits by the road near the entrance of Dragon Valley; go there through Giran.
- At level 20 take Ring of Raven to the Warehouse Chief in Gludin.
