  1. Qualifications to fly

    Engineer Lekon of the Keucereus Alliance Base says that today is a good day to fly since the sky is clear. But he says that a certificate that proves you are qualified to fly is required. In order to gain this certificate hunt Vulture riders or Elite Riders that fly over the skies of Keucereus Alliance Base and bring back Rider Marks.
