Trader Liesel, de Town of Goddard, te pide que entregues una carta a un amigo arqueólogo que se marchó hace varios años. Te dice que vayas a la bifurcación del camino y sigas hacia el norte para encontrar el Shrine of Loyalty y hacia el este para ir a la Imperial Tomb.

My friend left to study archaeology at the Imperial Tomb a few years ago. I have a letter for him, but I think you aren't capable enough to handle this delivery yet.
(This quest may only be undertaken by a character of level 74 or above.)

He may be hard to find, but his last letter mentioned the Imperial Tomb. Maybe you can find him there!
