Barakiel is a raid boss of level 70. Take part in the kill with the quest active to receive the staff.

  7. Town of Goddard. Return to Ossian. You receive: Relic Box.

  8. Ivory Tower. Find Magister Ladd on the Dark Elven floor of the tower to complete the quest. You receive: Caradine's Letter.

Tips

  • High Five offers a way without the raid boss: the staff can be put together from 100 fragments dropped by the Splendor monsters of the same valley.
