Yoke of the Past

Yoke of the Past walkthrough

A repeatable quest of the catacombs and necropolises for those who joined the Seven Signs after the first profession. The blank scrolls buy enchant scrolls from the Merchant of Mammon.

1. Necropolis of Sacrifice. Take the quest from Ziggurat Gate Keeper.

Any Gatekeeper Ziggurat at a catacomb or necropolis gives the list of monsters for that dungeon.

2. Inside, the Watchmen, Watchers, Sentinels, Monks, Overlords, Priests, Archons, Inquisitors, Guardians, Elders, Royal Guards and Preachers drop Scroll of Ancient Magic. Do not delete the quest: the scrolls drop in any catacomb at any level, wherever you took it.

3. Return to Ziggurat Gate Keeper to complete the quest. Hand over: Scroll of Ancient Magic. You receive: Blank Scroll.

The gatekeeper exchanges the scrolls one for one for Blank Scroll.

Quest journal

1. Scroll of Ancient Magic

The Gatekeeper Ziggurat wants to become a human again and asks you to slay the guardians of ancient magic and collect the scrolls of ancient magic. You'll receive a blank scroll as a reward. The blank scroll will be helpful when dealing with the Trader of Mammon. Journey into the necropolises and catacombs and find monsters whose name contain lookout, watcher, guard, monk, overlord, shaman, consul, inquisitor, guardian, wiseman, court guard, and preacher. Exclude Nephilim, Lilim, Gigant and Lith.
