Quest: Get a Pet

Get a Pet is a repeatable, solo quest in Lineage 2 C3: Rise of Darkness for characters of level 15+. It starts with Martin in Gludin Village.

Wolf pet quest walkthrough

The quest for the first pet, a wolf, open from level 15. Pet Manager Martin tests two things: that you can hunt, with fifty trophies from the spiders of your own race's homeland, and that you know something about wolves, with a quiz after a round of three towns.

Gludin Village. Find Pet manager Martin next to the Dark Elven Guild and take the quest.
The list depends on the race of the character.
Humans: Bloody Fang ×50 from Giant Spider, Talon Spider and Blade Spider on Talking Island.
Elves: Bloody Claw ×50 from Crimson Spider, Hook Spider and Pincer Spider in the Elven Forest.
Dark Elves: Bloody Nail ×50 from Lesser Dark Horror, Dark Horror and Prowler around the Dark Elven Village.
Orcs: Bloody Kasha Fang ×50 from Kasha Spider, Kasha Fang Spider and Kasha Blade Spider on the Immortal Plateau.
Dwarves: Bloody Tarantula Nail ×50 from Hunter Tarantula and Plunder Tarantula near the Dwarven Village.
Talk to Pet manager Martin again. You receive: Animal Lover's List.
Town of Gludio. Talk to Gatekeeper Bella.
Town of Dion. Find Guard Metty at the town gate.
Giran Castle Town. Find Jeweler Ellie in the luxury shop.
Gludin Village. Return to Pet manager Martin next to the Dark Elven Guild to complete the quest. You receive: Wolf Collar.
Martin asks a series of questions about wolves and about keeping a pet. A wrong answer is not a failure: he simply starts the quiz again.

Tips

Read what Bella, Metty and Ellie say: the three of them tell you the facts that the quiz asks about.
Wolf Collar summons the wolf. Keep pet food in its inventory: a hungry pet runs away.

To Obtain a Pet
To receive a pet, you must earn the approval of Pet Manager Martin in Gludin Village. He says that you must have love for and knowledge of animals to prove that you deserve a pet. He asks you to return to your hometown, eliminate all animal killers and return to him.
